We enjoy the excellent golf and year-round fabulous weather. La Quinta is recognized as one of the best cities in the US for golf and outdoor activities. Our home course is an exceptional Arnold Palmer-designed course, but we have numerous golf courses nearby (e.g., PGA West).
The Unique Benefits of this House
Uniquely, our house sits on a 1/4 acre lot and allows its occupants FULL privacy. All the expected amenities are there: large pool with fountains, spa, BBQ, large outdoor patio which is fully furnished, etc. The large side yard accommodates badminton, croquet or other yard games. The house features high ceilings, ceiling fans, and plantation shutters throughout. The house is a one-story plan and is finely furnished.
