A rare find with 3 sandy beaches, palm trees, and fabulous views of the main channel on Lake Wylie - all at the end of the road on a private 1.18 acre lot. Enjoy the covered veranda day and night overlooking the lake. Breath taking sunsets as the property is facing the west. Dance the night away in the lower level on the dance floor complete with disco ball, flashing lights and great sound system. The lower level also has a wet bar, ping pong table, black jack table, gaming station and sitting area with wood burning fireplace.
Enjoy easy main level living complete with master bedroom, 2 additional bedrooms (one with a wood burning fireplace), an office (if you feel the need to keep in touch with the outside world!), kitchen, breakfast room (table seats 8), and family room with 180 degree views of the water. All new furniture in 2008 as well as many upgrades. Kitchen has granite countertops, a large island with 4 stools, stainless oven and microwave, 4 burner stove and refrigerator.
Guest cabin is currently being used for storage, but we are planning on renovating it in 2010 so be sure to come back next summer to see the new addition.
Great fishing right off the dock as we are a fishing destination for many fishermen. The grill is ready for you to have your very own fish fry! You will love your time spent at "Red Canoe!"

- Pet Friendly: There will be an additional pet fee, but we will allow them - dogs only. Please NO cats. Please clean up after your pets and do not allow them on the furniture.
- Kid Friendly: You are at the end of the road and have your own beaches, plus 1.2 acres to run around on. It's a great place for kids:)
- Smoking Not Allowed: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ON THIS PROPERTY! If there is a smoker in your group, they must smoke outside AND CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES!!!!
