This Non-Smoking, lakefront home is situated on Little Mazarn Cove on beautiful Lake Hamilton overlooking the Ouachita Mountains. Enjoy a picnic under the trees, a peaceful swing down by the lake, along with swimming, fishing, and water-skiing from your own private, covered, boat dock & sundeck. (A vacant Boat Slip is for use by the rentor along with a SeeDoo/Jet Ski dock.) There is also a covered & screened porch overlooking the lake - with yet another swing and rocking chairs. This vacation retreat sleeps up to 12 and has all the comforts of home, for all ages.
The house features three bedrooms and two full baths having One King, Two Queens, One Single/One Double Bunk, a Queen sleeper sofa, a couch, and even an inflatable matress if needed. It has a large open kitchen/living/dining area with Cable TV, Surround Sound Stereo, and a VCR/DVD Player. There is also a TV in each bedroom. Every room has ceiling fans and the laundry has a full-size washer and dryer. The best yet is that it sits on a quiet circle drive off of the main road and away from any traffic... the large shaded, flat yard is great for kids.
For a change of pace take a short 5-10 minute drive into historic downtown, with its Bath House Row, and the Hot Springs National Park. There are several hotels that offer thermal baths and massages. While there, take time to visit some of the many restaurants and shops, particularly antiques. For the young at heart, the Magic Springs & Crystal Falls Amusement Park is nearby with over 80 attractions (both wet & dry) and includes several roller coasters including the wooden, Arkansas Twister and the newer, suspended style "Gauntlet"! Hot Springs is also home to many Festivals held throughout the year like the Blues Fest, Jazz Fest, Oktoberfest and the Documentary Film Festival. Thoroughbred Horse Racing at Oaklawn Park runs from February through April. Lakes Ouachita & Catherine are also nearby, about 20-30 minutes away.

We enjoyed spending time in your home. It was a great meeting place for a group of friends from Mesquite, TX, Birmingham, AL, and southern LA. We had a wonderful time here in your vacation home in Hot Springs. Our family came from Yuba City, CA to visit relatives from Benton, AR. We had plenty of room. All of the beds were comfortable and inviting after a long day out on the water. We tubed and skied. We will be back. Johnny, Joy, Dustin, Jennifer, Ann & family, and Eppie

As a child from the '70s, my parents who were from Arkansas used to bring us here for vacation. We would swim, hike, eat fresh Arkansas fruit. Such a great time. Now older and adjusted, the ability to come back to a place that still offers the same peace of mind and tranquility as those early years makes life worthwhile. The lakes here are truly a national treasure and should be preserved at all cost. If I ever saw a more inviting place I would recommend it. But right now my money's on HOT SPRINGS, ARK. Thank you for providing us with a location that helped us with a location that helped fullfill our needs. A beautiful vacation.

Our family gathering was made even more special by this lovely setting. We truly enjoyed the relaxing, beautiful views from the porch complete with swing, rocking chairs and lots of other seating. The interior of the home was even nicer than we expected. Plenty of social areas with a dining table large enough for our family of 10. The kitchen was excellent, plenty of cookware, etc. The girls had a great time "slumber party" style in the living area, complete with surround sound. The boat dock was a great place for the teenagers to swim and socialize, and the picnic table and dockside swing were perfect for that watermelon from Hope. Thanks for sharing your charming home... full of personality and style. We'll be back next summer!
