This cute cottage is newly on the renters' market as it is the owner's personal vacation property. It sits right next door to the Lighthouse Market and used to be the Monte Carlo Bar. It has been completely renovated into a charming and spacious cottage with a huge living room that includes a pool table, foosball table, electronic piano, large comfy couches and a fireplace. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed with luxurious bedding. With only one bathroom (shower only), we recommend no more than 6 guests.
The deck out back is lovely, with a hot tub on the deck and fire pit in the yard. It is absolutely perfect for guests who love to gather with friends and entertain. It has a covered area to park and additional parking next to that. You can also park on the street out front.
Our guests have access to the neighborhood park which is on the lakefront a short walk from the cottage. There is one boat slip available to us.

Why the Owner Chose Mayville
We were looking for a cottage where we could stay every summer and already owned other property there. When we found this and knew it had been an old bar, we were intrigued. We completely renovated it and turned it into a wonderful place to stay.
The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
Access to the lake, lovely deck and back yard, spacious living room. Only a mile from the Chautauqua Institute, close to the local marina for boat rental. Shopping at Bemus Point nearby. A short trip around the lake to the local amusement park for youngsters. There are plenty of activities to choose from, or simply relax on the deck and enjoy the hot tub outside. It is the perfect vacation home away from home.
