Why the Owner Chose Englewood
This area of Southwest Florida was chosen after contacting several Chamber of Commerce offices and recieving a booklet from each except Englewood and we recieved 15 plus brochures plus four telephone responces to provide information for rental availabities. We feel blessed to have been directed to this area.
The Unique Benefits at this Home
This Home is very deceptive from the outside, but with 1843 sq.feet it is very spacious and bright and relaxing with the lake views. It is outside of town , but within two miles of Super Markets and shopping malls. The Beaches are eight miles and golf courses( 9 ) are from 1 mile to 10 miles.

Chris&Susan and Guy&Marcy are from New England and feel that Southwest Florida is Paradise, laid back comfort, yet close enough to Beaches ,golf, social functions and all other elements of Paradise.
