Just steps to the Ocean this 4 bedroom 3 bath pool home is large enough for two families to vacation together. The upstairs will sleep 8. There is a King, 2 Queens, a Queen Size Sleeper, Washer and Dryer and DVD. The downstairs will also sleep 8. There is a King, Queen, 2 Twins and a Queen Size Sleeper.
FEATURES: Fully furnished with linens, towels, dishes, cookware and utensils, coffee maker, central air conditioning, cable TV, VCR, kitchens equipped with microwave, dishwasher, and other small appliances, washer and dryer. Compliance with Rules and Regulations :
Renter shall take all reasonable steps to see that he/she members of his/her family and other occupants of the Premises adhere to the rules and regulations applicable to the Premises adhere to the rules and regulations applicable to the Premises. Failure to do so may lead to the forfeiture of Security Deposit. The occupancy of the Premises and the use of community walkways and common areas shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful so as not to disturb others. Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children. ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 10:00PM.
Your Security Deposit Will Hold Your Reservation and will be returned within 15 days after your departure. Deposit is subject to forfeiture in the event of damage to the Premises and/or contents thereof.
A. All deposits and prepaid rental monies shall be placed in a non- interest-bearing escrow account . Full payment for rental must be received 90 days prior to arrival. If reservations booked than 90 days before arrival all monies must be paid in full at the time of confirm the reservation.
B. REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. If a Renter wishes to cancel his/her reservation, he/her must do so within 15 days of booking date, his deposit shall be refunded less a cancellation fee of $50.00.
ALL CANCELLATIONS MADE IN LESS THAN NINETY (90) DAYS FROM DATE ARRIVAL SHALL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.
