3 Bedroom, 3 1/2 Bath townhouse located in Shipyard Plantation.
This three bedroom, three and a half bath town home provides a great space for families with two separate living areas on the main level. The first living area is directly off the main entrance and is the perfect room for reading, napping and game playing. A short hallway leads to the second living area and kitchen. This room is furnished with a large flat-screen television with DVD/VCR combo. From here, one has a direct view of the golf course and lagoon. The sitting deck off this living area provides a relaxing atmosphere.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, television, private bath, separate vanity area, and a vaulted ceiling with skylight which provides sunlight throughout the day. From this bedroom, you have a great view of the golf course and lagoon.
The second bedroom is quite spacious with a queen size bed, a private bath and two small closets. The third bedroom has two twin beds, with access to the hall bathroom.
All three bedrooms are on the second level and all three bathrooms have a tub/shower combination.
Whether you are golfers, tennis players or swimmers this complex is convenient to everything. Located across from the Crowne Plaza hotel in Shipyard Plantation and right next to the path leading to the beach, these villas are just a short walk to Van der Meer Tennis Resort and the many bike trails.
Situated around the golf course and lagoons, Beachwalk town homes have spacious floor plans equipped with open kitchens, washer/dryer, wet bars and large decks for lots of sun soaking. The town homes are uniquely designed with breakfast solariums looking out onto the golf course or lagoons and two separate living areas.
