Great place to stay and relax

We stayed at this condo for the month of March 2011. Great location for seniors. Close to stores and in a secure gated community. Owner (representative) very friendly and takes the time to chat with you. Although on site golf and tennis is available we did not make use of either as we spend our time on site seeing and hiking trips. A swimming pool is just behind the condo along with a heated hot tub. Amenities are as described plus our understanding is the appliances have now all been replaced in the kitchen. This is an adult community but children can visit so makes a good location for Grandparents escaping the snow in the north. Price is very competitive for the location and would highly recommend this condo to family and friends. Only drawback for some could be the number of stairs to reach the condo as it is located on the second floor. No noise can be heard or felt from either the condo below or the one to the side. Great place to go and just relax.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.
