Fantastic Condo in beautiful Waikoloa Beach Resort

The pictures don't do this condo justice! It's beautifully appointed with all of the ammenities you could possibly want. The owner, Christopher Nance, met us upon our arrival to give us a personal tour to make sure we understood how everything worked, and had everything we needed. The location is ideal. Walking distance to the beach and private swim club. Restaraunts, stores, and groceries all within the resort. We used the local grocery store and cooked from home on the fantastic outdoor grill. Every night we rolled back the big sliding glass doors and enjoyed the cool ocean breeze. We would definitely stay here again!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+.

This was my second time at Kolea and my first in 9B. What a gorgeous unit! The location within the development is perfect. The view from the lanai is breathtaking. The Kolea Beach Club is right there and the beach is just steps away. The condo is beautifully furnished and very welcoming. We enjoyed cooking in the wonderful kitchen and took full advantage of the outdoor Viking BBQ on the lanai. Loved the way the unit has two full master bedrooms beautifully decorated, each with their own bathroom. It was a pleasure to meet Christopher and Leslie, our very gracious hosts. We had an amazing vacation and cannot wait to return to 9B. Mahalo and Aloha.
