Spacious Apartment in a restored Georgian House dated 1831. Overlooking a beautiful park and just a short tranquil stroll from Portobello Promenade, Edinburgh's Seaside.

There is a fantastic 24hr bus service just a minute from the door to Edinburgh's Historic Sites and famous visitor attractions taking around 15-20 mins and a train station just a few minutes walk away which takes you straight to Edinburgh's famous Waverley Station in just 7 minutes.

The accommodation comprises of an impressive Drawing Room with original marble fireplace, living flame gas fire and a comfortable double spring mattress sofa bed, Master Bedroom with double bed, a contemporary slate Wetroom with power shower and fully fitted Kitchen/Diner with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and table with seating for four people.

The working shutters provide peace and tranquility for a truly relaxing stay. And the fast speed free wifi connection can keep you in touch with all that's going on anytime you wish! The flat screen TV/CD has surround sound and there is constant hot water and fresh linen provided. A welcome pack will also be included.

  • We stayed in this lovely and very comfortable apartment when we visited Edinburgh for the first time in August. We loved the location so close to the seaside where we enjoyed some morning and nighttime strolls. We loved the friendly neighborhood shops, and the kind apt owner, Liz who was very helpful in making sure we had a great time. It was fun to be in a typical neighborhood and to watch all the people walk their dogs at the park across the street. We would love to stay in this apartment again. It is an easy ride into the hectic center of town, and a nice return to a more tranquil home base.

  • We are very happy we chose to stay here. It is roomy and comfortable with everything we needed. It is nicely furnished, quiet and sunny. The bus stop and train station are close, as is the beach. It is a great base to explore the area. We will definitely stay there again.
