This unit has a wraparound lanai with fabulous views in three directions. The living room opens up to the lanai-doors and screens opening up 12 feet. Unit has bee completely remodeled one year ago and has dimmer lights throughout. Kitchen is the largest in the complex and it is fully equipped with glass door cabinets.
Unit has flat screen TVs and free internet access. It is a great condo for two couples or for a family with children. This unit has side ventilation as it is an end unit in the building(windows in kitchen, bedrooms and living room).

My wife and I have another condo in this Noelani resort which we have owned for 35 years. We have upgraded our unit 310 with a complete remodel and filling all AAA requirements.

We use this as a second home for 2 months annually. I am a business owner in Addison Illinois for 45 years and married to my wife Barbara for 51 years.

Fabulous sunsets, beautiful view, whale watching during the winter, small resort environment with two beautiful pools and an oceanside spa. Good management of the Noelani resort and a good relationship with other owners.
