The cabin is nestled in the Aspen Acres community surrounded by privately-owned lots and cabins, away from the crowds with a huge inventory of movies and/or for the nature lovers animal watching. There are two ponds and a creek located on the property and the cabin sets on a one and one-half acre lot. Deer and family of geese visit quite often. The side entrance to the cabin has a nice-size deck to bathe in the sun, animal watch, or to enjoy the brilliance of the stars.
If you like to wonder a bit, about six miles away is Bishops Castle, a castle built by hand - a definite sight to see. Restaurants and shopping are available within one and one-half miles of the cabin or you can head down the mountain into Rye, Colorado City, and/or Pueblo.
A great place to go for relaxation and clean, family fun.
