Enjoy fishing and crabbing right from your backyard. Watch Dolphins, Manatees, schools of fish and many scenic boats passing by, as you and your family and friends barbecue and dine. Lounge in the hammock underneath the beautiful shade trees. Enjoy a panoramic view from inside the large open floor plan, which has water views from every room. There are plenty of things to do for entertainment onsite, such as horseshoes, croquet, karaoke, or play ping pong in the large Florida room over looking the Gulf of Mexico. This ground floor home is located just a two minute drive from a large public boat ramp.
If you didn't bring your boat, rentals are available nearby. "Tropical Breeze" consists of a large living room with fireplace, TV and stereo, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, Florida room with ping pong table and bar, laundry room, master bedroom with king bed and Gulf views, first guest room with queen bed, and water view, second guest room with twin beds with water view. All bedrooms have their own TV and full bath. The property has a partially fenced yard for pets and small children. Things to do nearby include Weeki Wachee River and Mermaid waterpark, tubing, kayaking, canoeing, Pine Island beachfront park, all within minutes. The location of this vacation rental is absolutely outstanding.
