The home is comfortable and has a great view. Even our dogs enjoyed the vacation, especially getting to lay out on the deck and watch the birds and other dogs go by. It was a perfect setting to relax and be with our family. The home even had a bottle of wine and a cake for us when we arrived. There was nothing negative about the home, furniture or other amenities. Thanks to the owner for allowing pets and for giving us a great vacation. It's our favorite time of year to get away from it all! We would recommend this property to anyone wanting to be at the beach!

The pictures do not do justice to the house. The rooms and baths were quite comfortable. The place is cozy, not too big, not too small. Every room has a view of the beach! You get down the stairs and there is the beach. Rode bikes, played Frisbee et al. I found out there are hooks under the patio for a hammock. I wish I had known earlier! Rental management was amiable and very understanding. Great to work with ! This was a hidden treasure in the listings. Will come again. Highly recommend it.

We were delighted by the house. The pictures didn't really do it justice, especially the bedrooms and baths, which looked really small in the photos. The floorplan was great for 2 families. The house was not luxurious, but very comfortable and homey, and the deck with beach below was wonderful. Sarah was fair and helpful, and great to work with.

What a perfect Vacation. We were celebrating a 50th birthday with friends and family. What a great setup. The design of the house is perfect for the the beach and for the crowd. When you step off the steps you are in the sand. (picture shows growth and dunes that are now less abundant) The private beach has lots of shells and at low tide you can easily ride bikes on the beach. The beach was shallow when we were there so it created shallow wading pools as the tide went out.The grill and picnic table were on the lower level which created the most wonderful spot for lunch! Shady with a great breeze. The rental agent and owners were a dream to work with. What a lovely experience. I will absolutely return! Highly recommend!
