  Morro Bay is the preferred destination for my parents and they stay in a local RV park several times per year. When we were talking about Thanksgiving with the family we set out to find a gathering spot and Ocean's Breeze on Bay was the perfect place for everyone staying in town to meet and celebrate the holiday. Any child who comes into the house is immediately disappeared upstairs into the game room. All of the adults were comfortable in the living area downstairs. For the Thanksgiving feast we were able to cook 2 turkeys with all the fixings with ease. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

  Three generations and fun was had by all. We were here for a 50th wedding anniversary for a friend in Atascadero. Ocean's Breeze was a perfect place for us to spread out and enjoy each other's company. We also watched the Detroit Tigers beat the Yankees. GO TIGERS! Thank you.

  Hi. We had our family here in Morro Bay to help us celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary! We like Morro Bay, the great restaurants, shopping, sea otters, museum and the state park and much more! Lunch at Linn's in Cambria, a tour of Hearst Castle, family pics among the sea grass and dunes near the rock by a professional photographer were highlights! We enjoyed the house! Thanks.

  We were here this week to spend time with my daughter before her wedding. This was an amazing opportunity for her to be with her closest friends and have fun being girls. I thank you for the special memories that we have created at Ocean's Breeze. Morro Bay was the perfect location for us to use as a home point in the planning/doing before the wedding. Her wedding was on August 10th, 2012 and it was beautiful. Thank you again.

  We all had a wonderful family vacation. A highlight was our 'Karoake night' and ping-pong tournament was great too! We spent one day whale watching (we chased one whale) and another kayaking in the bay with a naturalist. That was the highlight for us all. Morro Bay was beautiful and we enjoyed being together in this warm house. Thank you!

  We arrived Friday May 18th 2012 and stayed in this wonderful place with our two sons, their wives, and our 2 grandsons and the folks who brought so much joy to our lives over the 40 years of happy marriage. We leave today for for Pacific Grove for a day and night to ourselves. Your house provided the perfect backdrop for our great time celebrating with our family members.   We stayed at Ocean's Breeze for 4 days and 3 nights during the Labor Day weekend. Our husbands were playing in a softball tournament. We come to Morro Bay every year for this tournament and this year and this house was the best by far. It was very roomy and had EVERYTHING to accommodate us. We cooked a big dinner on Saturday night and all the items we needed were here. Everyone slept good and everything worked great! The game room was great for all the kids! We plan on staying here in the next years to come! We loved the fireplace also. Everything was very cozy, it made us all relax and enjoy our stay. We went down to the beach with the kids. We are going to feed the seals today and do some shopping downtown. Weather was beautiful all weekend!

  The accommodations were wonderful! The house had everything we needed and then some. Toni was so gracious as a manager and literally paved the way (new blacktop provided for our wedding reception) for a warm and glorious gathering. The new gate was pretty too. And the children so enjoyed the game room and it kept them busy during the festivities. Thank you so much.

  Thank you. The family summer gathering had a great time in your home! One member in a wheelchair was very thankful for the ramp and the spacious first floor. The kids both little and college age really enjoyed the game room and the privacy it provided. Ocean's Breeze has a very warm feeling to it and the floor plan is well thought out.   The Amityville house (barn style) was awesome. Eight boys had a blast in the loft playing games and having sleep-overs. The house was spacious and we love the wood interior with pink/mauve accents. Lots of memories and laughs in this house.

  We had a fabulous time here at Morro Bay for our annual Smith summer get-together. We had a great time exploring around Cayucos, SLO, and all over Morro Bay. We enjoyed many different activities this town had to offer. The kids particularly had a blast hanging around the beach, while some adults hit the local antique shops, art fair, or just simply enjoyed going for a walk around town. Everything about the Ocean's Breeze property was perfect for our little reunion. It had all the amenities that made our stay a comfortable and convenient one. The kids couldn't get enough of the the game room activities! Thank you very much for making this vacation so memorable. We truly appreciate all the accommodations you have provide us.

  We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere of this home, Plenty of room for everyone, games for the kids and ideal location! We plan on another visit next year but, hope to stay longer, a week just wasn't enough time to take in all the activities and attractions! Thank you to the owners for meeting all our needs!

  Thank you! We have had a wonderful stay here. The puzzles were a big hit with all three generations of our family. The house was fabulous and we had everything that we needed. We came down here for our son's graduation from Cal Poly and stayed a week. Many fun activities to do. We went to Los Osos, hiking, Pismo for ATV riding, back to Los Osos again for a horseback ride on the beach. The electric boat rentals were a good fit for our over 80 crowd. Evenings filled with game playing and even a couple of movies. We were happy to discover there is still a drive-in theatre in San Luis Obispo. The favorite place to eat for the week was Distasio's Italian Ristorante. Everyone in our party agreed on that, as we tried a lot of restaurants during the week.

  Our first night here and it already feels comfortable. Friends came over and brought a delicious dinner; all the appliances work. Bob set up his computer, grandson loves the game room, life is very good! The week flew by. We all love the house, the layout is great, roomy comfortable and quiet areas. Enjoyed it all, Montana de Oro, golf, doggie beach and park, seafood, Cayucos, MB Embarcadero. Hope to come back here sometime!

  We had a wonderful stay here. The boys loved the X-box and we all enjoyed the ping-pong table, the roomy accommodations and Jade, the resident cat! We had a beautiful tour of Hearst Castle, tasted some great wines in Paso Robles, had a nice meal at Rose's Landing on the wharf, had many laughs riding horses on the beach (and a sore bottom!) Found some beautiful rocks and sand dollars on the beaches and even found a few moments to relax! Off to San Luis and Santa Barbara tomorrow. Thank you for having us!   Had a woderful weekend for our sons wedding. The day we planned a beach wedding turned out to be a very rainy day thank goodness the house has a very open and beautiful living room. We moved everything indoors and had a very lovely ceremony in front of the beautiful brick fireplace. The weekend was saved. Would recommend this home to anyone who has a large group to accomodate for any length of stay we wish we had more then just a short weekend.

  Ten from Thousand Oaks came to enjoy a mini-vacation over the Thanksgiving holidays. Fifteen were here for the big feast! We all had a great time, the cousins got reacquainted and had fun playing ping-pong and other family games. Long walks, bicycling, shopping, football watching on TV (yea, Oregon won!) One meal eaten at the 'Hungry Fisherman' - very good! We all had a great time at this amazing house--ideal for all ages.   The eleven of us (eight adults, three children) stayed here for two nights and had a very enjoyable experience. There was plenty of room, a full kitchen, lots of bathrooms and everything was clean. The house is over 40 years old, so there is some wear and tear, but we found it to be very comfortable and inviting. Very easy to get to and easy to get to the rest of the Morro Bay area from here. A very good value and I would love to stay here again. Thanks Toni!

  The Neu family gathered to celebrate Grampa Ted's 80th. Daughters with their families; Kathy from Moraga Diane with son Jimmy from Newcastle Karen with husband Terry and daughters Shannon and Lauren from Irvine. We enjoyed the Morro Bay Art Festival, Morro Rock and Embarcadero, with dinner at the Harbor Hut. Had a lunch at Nibble Nook. Vincent family visited on Monday from Cayucos and Templeton. Took us on an electric boat ride on the bay. We came home and grilled hamburgers and had more 80th celebration for Ted. Thank you for the use of your home.

  We arrived on the 6th for our 2 week vacation. We were to spend our anniversary with our children. As soon as we opened the front door we knew the house was perfect. We felt right at home. The house was spacious with plenty of room for us to sleep, eat and relax. The boys enjoyed the game room with the ping pong table; there was always a bathroom available and the bedrooms were comfortable. We loved how large the kitchen was and that there were appliances for us to use. We spent two weeks doing little nothings that have great significance to us, such as; exploring the Embarcardero, going to the beach, and visiting San Simeon to see the elephant seals. On the 16th is it our tradition to go to the park in Cambria to celebrate Jessica's 20th birthday. On Thursday the 12th we spent the day in San Luis Obispo, we saw a movie, had a picnic in Arroyo Grande and walked around the farmer's market. We went canoeing in the bay and walked on the sandspit and even went across the sandspit to a hidden beach to watch the sunset. We were even lucky enough to spot some marine life out in the waves. We always found Cayucos to have a beautiful beach so we spent many evenings exploring the beach, walking on the pier and even going window shopping. The weather was beautiful and a complete change for us. We love the Morro Bay area, everything about this place has great love and significance for us. We love the beauty, peace and how simple life is here. We will never forget how wonderful our experience was and how welcome and comfortable our rental home made us feel. This home was definitely a place we will remember and recommend.

  July 21-25th, 2010 All our family was here for the family reunion. We enjoyed the area very much and enjoyed staying at this very unique home. Family enjoyed the X-Box, ping-pong and big-screen TV. Morro Bay was a delight and the shops offered many things for families. Restaurants and the view overlooking the pines, and going to the beach (which was fun for the kids to explore the starfish and shells).   July 18,19,20, 2010 We are here to celebrate the 84th birthday of our mother and grandma. We truly love the comfort of this wonderful home.   Great time for our little family reunion. Very kid friendly. Our four grandchildren ages, 6,5,4 and 3 had a wonderful time. One family lives in San Diego and the other in Sebastapol, so it was fun to get the cousins together. It was a good walking distance into town.   We've enjoyed our stay here. We went to Hearst Castle, which was beautiful. Our kids had not been there in years so it was really fun for them. We also enjoyed a day at the beach at Cayucos with our three grandchildren, 6, 10, 12 years. Of course we went to the shops here in Morro Bay and bought a few things and also went shopping in the 5 Cities area. My sister and brother-in-law live here in town so we spent a lot of time with them. We enjoyed our stay here and having our three kids, daughter-in-law and three grandchildren with us this week was great. The open areas of Ocean's Breeze are great in the house for Duane and his wheelchair. Thanks for everything!

  Five nights have flown by, everything about our stay here has been great. Personally, I really enjoyed our stay in your lovely, comfortable house and I would certainly recommend it to any groups of family and friends as an ideal place to stay.   We enjoyed 2 nights playing, cooking and sprawling in this beautiful luxury house. It's a very neat place and has all the amenities, just the kind we wanted for a long weekend. We had 5 kids with us who enjoyed thoroughly and never once were bored. A beautiful experience!!!

  First we did ping pong and then we went to the beach. And then the whole family came. The dinner was great and stores were close. My little sister and I had a great time playing in the sand and the water. When everyone woke up it was time for fun. When we had breakfast I couldn't stop thinking about Hearst Castle. Once we got back we went to the beach (me, my dog and my aunt) and we had races to the shore and back and who could get the dog ball back to my aunt first. Loved it. The dog won it 3 to 15. You know the dog was 15 points. The next day was fun because my best friend came over and we had dinner and went to the beach. When we came back we had a great dinner. The next day we had to leave but we had a great time in Morro Bay.

  We enjoyed our family gathering in Morro Bay. The house was quite comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and stores were conventiently located nearby to get any needed supplies. Thank you!
