All bedrooms have light maple hardwood floors and large closets. The bedroom bathrooms are a bit 80's ish but clean and simple. Honed limestone in the kitchen/hallways/staircase, and new Berber carpet in the living room. Kitchen was remodeled last year with all new cabinets, stone counters, glass tile backsplash, large counter-mounted stainless steel sink, all brand-new stainless-steel appliances, desk area/computer kiosk and the like. Why the Owner Chose Hermosa Beach
I've outfitted and remodeled this house so it works for the mobile or traveling executive and his/her family. This place is great because you are close enough to everything to walk yet you don't hear any of the noise of the downtown area. The area gets warm in the summer, but we get these nice ocean breezes that keep the house cool and comfortable.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhouse
I love working or hanging out in the living room with the views overlooking Hermosa & Redondo Beach. It is such a comfortable place to hang out. Accessibility to 24 hour fitness is a block away, so walking to the gym isn't too bad either!
