Great Vacation Rental and Location

We had 3 couples in our group stay at this vacation rental. Space was perfect and home looked like it was just built. Shows like a model home with all the furnishings. Customer service was excellent and the location can not be beat. Casino Bus stops right in front, and it is in the heart of downtown, walking distance to the beach and everything else. There were no surprises and owner provided quick responses to any questions we had. We will definitely be back next summer.

Fantastic Family Getaway!

My family just returned from a truly wonderful week in New Buffalo and staying at this vacation rental really made our vacation. The unit is immaculate and perfectly appointed with every amenity one could think of. My husband and I stayed there with our two small children and my parents and everyone had plenty of room to spread out so no one felt crowded. It really was a perfect getaway for everyone, kids, adults and grandparents. My 2 yr old loved to watch the trains go by a few times a day- that was a highlight for him and it was really fun for the adults too! We could walk to everything and literally parked our cars for the week... getting ice cream at Nancy's (across the street) was a highlight just about every day and there are some really good restaurants literally a 2 minute walk away. We walked to the beautiful beach every day and then spent time at the pool in the afternoons. The pool is perfect for hanging out and relaxing for kids and adults too! Overall we loved everything about our vacation- the location in New Buffalo and the cleanliness and spaciousness of this vacation rental made it such a pleasant experience. Thanks so much again for Bill and May for their hospitality!

Had the time of our life

We've rented many townhomes before but I must say, Dunescape 18 has to be the best we've stayed at in a long time. The condo was equipped with everything and the proximaty to the beach and shops was superb. The owners went out of their way to make the booking process a non-event and our security deposit was returned within days of our departure. The kids loved the pool/beach toys and I enjoyed going on bike rides as a family with the bycycles at the condo. My wife was amazed at just how clean the place was and didn't feel the need to clean "to her standards". Thanks again for a vacation our family won't forget!

Beautiful Property - Fantastic Location

I had the good fortune of spending a few days at this lovely townhome and would recommend it to anyone considering a stay in New Buffalo. This townhome was not only immaculate and well cared for, it shows like a model home. The furnishings were comfortable and each level was well equipped with plenty of outdoor seating. The small touches, such as zip lock bags, condiments, and items that aren't always found in rental homes were all available here. Bill was honest when letting us know that the train is literally right behind the property and it was never an issue. In fact, it was fun standing out on the living area deck watching the Amtrak pull into the New Buffalo station each day. We've stayed several times in different homes/condos in New Buffalo and I can honestly say that we will definitely look to book this Fun in the Sun townhome on our future visits. The location is unbeatable; walking distance to everything - town, the beach and restaurants. We all had a wonderful stay and look forward to a return visit soon! Thank you!

Beautiful Townhome

Our family spent a long weekend in New Buffalo and stayed in Dunescape 18. It is a beautiful townhome with all the amenities. It is decorated very nicely, kitchen is well equipped, living area spacious. Everything from kitchen appliances to linens are high quality. It is extremely clean. The owner was very helpful during the booking process. Our damage deposit was returned very promptly. Owners provided menus from local restaurants as well as info on local attractions. The beach, shops, grocery store and restaurants are within walking distance. We had 6 adults and one infant in our group and there was plenty of room. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Girls' Weekend Getaway

Every year my college girlfriends and I do a weekend getaway. After many, many years of these weekends, I have to say that this was the most beautiful home we've found. It's immaculately clean, well kept and has everything you could possibly need! It's in a perfect location, just a few steps away from the town/shops and a couple of blocks to the beach. The views from the rooftop balcony are gorgeous. We had a great time and will definitely be back!!

Wonderful New Buffalo Townhome

Our family was looking for a "close" getaway, so we looked for rentals in the New Buffalo area. We are so glad we found Dunescape #18! The townhome is immaculate, spacious, well-decorated and convenient. The beach, pool, shops and restaurants are all within a short walk. My wife has been recommending the unit to everyone she knows! We will certainly try to come back next year.

The property was centrally located in this small town. Our kids fell in love with the clean sandy beach and even more with the private pool and hot tub. We fell in love with the restaurants and shops. The condo was everything and more as described. This place is definately worth checking out!!

Thank you for the rental. Although the weather wasn't ideal, we got some quality beach time in. The unit was perfect for our use and the location couldn't be better. We can't believe we haven't explored this area more being in our backyard as it is. I thought the proximity to the tracks was going to be undesireable but 2-3 times a day at five seconds each is nothing and of course my 9 year old had to run out and watch every chance. Thanks again! Absolutely perfect in all respects. The condo was exactly as described and photographed and the owners also provided many extras that made the stay even more special. It exceeded all my expectations and I'm a bit of a perfectionist!! New Buffalo is a great destination---lots to do and easy to navigate. My family and I loved the town and the condo, and plan on returning. Stay here if you can!!--Highly recommended.

This was one of the best vacation destinations we've visited in a while. New Buffalo has everything. The condo was equipped with everything and more and truely exceeded our expectations. What a vacation we had. The condo was clean, clean, clean and had everything we needed. Bill and May saw to the details such as providing little things like condiments, tin foil, storage containers, pool toys, shampoo, hair dryers, and other little things. Next year, we will pack only 1/2 the stuff we did this year. If you've never rented a condo, this is the place to go!!
