We have stayed at this property several times in the past. This unit had the most uncomfortable livingroom furniture we have ever encountered! The view was great; and the unit was clean. The beds were comfortable. But it deparately needs new livingroom furniture! There was an unnessesary evacuation of the condos; that forced 3 people in their 80's to go down 14 flights of stairs! Will stay at this property again; but not in this unit!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Well, we came back again. The whole family really enjoyed their visit to the beach. Saw a lot of dolphins swimming by in the mornings. Great westerly view of the skyline and sunsets. The condo was very clean and the WiFi worked. :) The only bad thing about the stay was having too leave.Owner response: Mr. Edge thank you so much for your feedback. Our family really enjoyed their stay in your condo. We really hated to leave after a week of relaxation and fun at Gulf Shores. The view from the living room and balcony was GREAT! The condo was clean and everything worked. We were never able to get connected with WiFi but we survived. The whole family is ready to come back again.Did you find this review helpful? Ice Maker was broken, had to wait for repairman to fix. Dryer would not dry clothes. Called for repair, but repairman could not correct problem and had to arrange to have someone else come to blow out vent. Never were able to use it. With three adults and six children, we were forced to do laundry elsewhere at additional expense. Internet not working. Were told to contact a tech support unit to correct, but it was just too much trouble holding on phone line (We are on vacation here!), so we just gave up and didn't have access to internet all week. Contacted owner to ask for discount because of these problems, who refused saying it was out of his/her control. Had to borrow bath towels, and a pillow from my mom because there were not enough in the condo. Window sills were dirty. Found out because we had a crawling infant in the unit who discovered them! Broken leg on coffee table in living room, curtain rod falling out of wall in one bedroom. Electric grills on balcony full of grease and residue from previous rental, unusable. Considering what we paid for this unit for the week, we expected things to work, and received no satisfaction from the owner. Would not recommend this condo.Did you find this review helpful?
