Located in one of the most stunning communities in Malibu, this Three Bedroom ranch style home unit has been remodeled with soaring ceilings, a sunken living room, den, 1 full kitchen and 1 half kitchen. With a large open deck you are able to sit outside, lean back, and enjoy the ocean and canyon views. Our deck has a great tables, chairs, and lounges which are perfect for a relaxing evening. Our fabulous deck allows for limitless canyon vistas and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, and is a great place to come and relax after a long day at the Beach! Located only two minutes from Zuma, Westward, Pt. Dume and Little Dume Beach, you can swim and tan all day and then go to our local restaurants and markets that locals love to go to! If you are looking for a bit of excercise you can go hiking in Bonsall Canyon, which is also just two minutes away, Charmlee Park, Malibu Creek State Park or Solstice Park which has a great swimming hole! If you want to hike in our very local Bonsall Canyon, there is extensive hiking trails that gives its hikers panoramic views of all of Malibu!
Our lovely living room has a 1 large couch and chairs that look out onto our deck and has a fabulous dinning room table, which is great for entertaining; it has a great view of Bonsall Canyon! Our Kitchen comes fully equiped with pots, pans, silverware, many utensils, coffee maker, oven, refrigerador, stove, etc. Our Home has a living room, family, and entertainment room and our family and entertainment room both have lovely convertible couches that make it great for a big group!
While relaxing at our picturesque home, drive down to the very popular Cross Creek to go shopping for food, clothes, and drop by the Historical Ahmanson Villa! With a full kitchen, a half kitchen, living room, den, entertainment room, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathroom, patio, and dining table, you will have everything you need to have a relaxing vacation that is both close to the beach and nature!
Our bedrooms have fabulous linens that will make you never want to get out of bed! If you have a larger party we have a guest house/studio available just two minutes away!
If you are a smaller party and would like to rent half of the house, meaning either the bottom or top ( each are fully equiped and can be locked for separation) we charge $275/nt. With a $250 cleaning fee.

Why the Owner Chose Malibu
When my family and I moved into this house we fell in love with it. A couple months later we were talking with friends who told us how great it would be to make it a vacation rental because so many people would have such a great time here, so I talked with my wife and children who agreed that it was a good idea and now we not only have it open for vacationers, but we started doing home exchanges as well!
Great hang out spots for families. Zuma has a very flat beach for playing in the sand and water while Westward has a very deep beach which is perfect for surfing
Spectacular views of the ocean and canyon. Waterfalls on the base of the canyon. And great for taking a packed lunch and going for a hike.
Only ten minutes North on PCH. Camping, bike trails, tide pools, and great surf breaks.
At any time of the year you can walk along the beach trails and view hump back whales scraping off barnacles, dolphins playing and seals hanging out on the buoy just off the point.

I've been a resident of Malibu for over 25 years and acquired this home just a couple years ago and fell in love with it! I love to go hiking as well as swimming in the ocean so this has been the idilic home that I have always wanted; hiking is only a five minute walk from our home and swimming in the ocean is only a five minute drive! I also have another home just two minutes away which has a guest house so when I have visitors they can not only stay at this home but at our other home as well, which makes it great for large groups!
