We recently stayed one week at Villa Ventanas with another couple and couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. The house was amazing-fully stocked kitchen, great pool with a grill, and beautiful views. It was very clean and the caretaker was really helpful. We loved the location-only about a 10 minute drive to town, a short drive the Cerritos, great coffee and pizza really close by but felt very remote and private. An amazing deal for the price! We'll be back!
Owner response:So very glad that your experience at Villa Ventanas was all that you had hoped it would be. We strive to provide an enjoyable experience for our guests and we look forward to providing our accomadations to you once again in the future. Thanks from all of us at Villa Ventanas.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Ventanas. The house has lots of personal touches including a full bar/bbq area outside by the pool. The kitchen is better equipped than my own. The view from the upstairs master bedroom is spectacular. There is lots of closet space connected to the master bedroom, but the additional rooms have no storage areas. That is the only downside to the property but it would be easy enough, especally for a family, to share the master closet.

This is a great villa to rent, in a very quite area with lots of great surfing near by. I look forward to coming back next year. The pool is great for kids, with an outdoor kitchen by the pool and the house is very clean. The beach is very private. Overall a great place to stay.

We had a fabulous and relaxing time at Villa Ventanas for our first trip to Mexico. Everything was so peaceful and enjoyable. We slept to the sound of the waves, watched the whales from the veranda over morning coffee, lounged around the pool and outdoor bar, and took in the incredible sunsets. As if that wasn’t enough, the stars were the brightest we had ever seen. The house was very comfortable and spacious enough for our family and our family friends. With our two small children, we were perfectly happy staying at the Villa and playing in the pool, but when we did get out and about, the local people were very friendly and we felt completely safe the whole time. Based on the reviews and photos we had high hopes for our vacation and the Villa Ventanas completely surpassed our expectations. From the beautiful home, the wonderful food at many nearby restaurants, the swimming at Cerritos beach, to the friendly and helpful staff, our stay at the Villa Ventanas was truly a wonderful vacation that our family will cherish forever. We hope to return again.

We just returned from a 9-day stay at Villa Ventanas and could not have hoped for a better experience. We are a family of four and this was our first trip to Baja and this was a last minute decision as we were seeking some respite from the never-ending NorthWest winter (even though it was late spring). Even though it is kind of hard to evaluate properties for a location you have never visited, it turned out we made the right decision. The house is in excellent condition with first rate amenities (awesome pool & BBQ area), is in a great location (next to Cerritos), and set up for the perfect getaway. And having explored the entire area on foot and in car, we found we made the right decision as none of the other properties had this great combination. Doug, the onsite property manager, was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and even helped set up a boat trip out of La Paz which was a highlight. Side note: If you are planning on staying in this area, be careful about your choice of rental car. We changed to an SUV at the last minute, and I am glad we did. The roads in the area are mostly dirt, which makes for some bumpy travel. You could do it in a sedan, but I wouldn't recommend it. So overall, I can't recommend this property highly enough. You won't regret it.
Owner response:Please accept our sincerest appreciation for your business and for allowing us the opportunity to contribute to your wonderful vacation experience at Villa Ventanas. It is always our goal to provide each of our clients the ammenities they expect in their vacation rental choice. Your kind words are proof positive that we are indeed providing an enjoyable experience at Villa Ventanas. We would also like to thank you for providing valuable suggestions and insight for the benefit of our future customers. Sometimes those Mexican "thoroughfares" can be a bit of a challange! Sincerely, The Villa Ventanas Team

We rented Villa V for 8 days with a group of friends this May. We were in the area for a wedding and besides seeing 2 great people get hitched this house was the highlight. We thought based on the photos and description that it would be pretty sweet but it was beyond our expectations. The beach out front is basically deserted and great for walks. You can walk to Cerritos beach to swim and surf in about 20 minutes or drive there in 5 minutes. You can also just hang at the house. The outdoor area is amazing and we spent a good part of everyday enjoying the pool, swings, hammocks, shaded lounge area and outdoor kitchen. Julie who arranged the rental for the owners was super helpful with our questions prior to arrival and Doug, the caretaker, was great. The whole process was painless. Doug made sure we had anything we needed but unless we bothered him it was as if he wasn't even there. I whole heartedly recommend Villa V for familes, couples, a group of friends...it would be impossible to stay here and not have a phenomenal vacation! Thanks Julie, Doug and whoever owns this place and decided to share.

If you can believe it, the Villa Ventanas is even more spectacular than the photos show. It is incredibly clean and well-appointed. The bedrooms each have their own fantastic bathroom and incredible views. The pool is perfect for relaxing and the palapa bar makes for a great party with the stereo, two grills, wet bar and fridge. The light in all parts of the day is incredible. I never really wanted to leave the villa because it had everything I wanted; a lovely atmosphere, beach to walk on, pool to relax and swim, great outdoor dining, beautiful flowers, a short walk (20 minutes) to Cerritos beach. Great for kids. The linens are clean and there are plenty of them. Doug, the caretaker, was friendly and available for any help (he lives in an attached apartment). If you are looking for a vacation rental that brings relaxing and happiness to an art form, the Villa Ventanas is it. Can't wait to come back!
Owner response:As owners of Villa Ventanas we take great pride in providing a setting that is welcoming as well as one that promotes an atmosphere of relaxation and calm for our guests. We also strive to provide ammenities that will allow our guests to enjoy their vacation time to the fullest, while also enjoying the piece of mind provided by our on-site caretaker support team. We extend our sincerest appreciation for your patronage and are thrilled to have you express your desire to return for another stay in Paradise at Villa Ventanas . Sincerely, Villa Ventanas Team

Thank you so very much for offering this beautiful villa. Pictures really do not do it justice! 5 of us spent a week and it was such a wonderful experience—the villa is amazing. I will come back year after year. This is the most perfect location—away from the crazy hustle bustle of tourists—yet close enough that you can hop in car and be right in the middle of all that if you wanted. We loved Todos Santos - such a pleasant surprise-fun shopping and eating. When you come you must make a trip into this sleepy little town and stop in at Tequila Sunrise and have owner, Emanuel, tell you a story—we will laugh about those forever. It was so relaxing—listening to the wave’s crash onto shore every night was a beautiful way to end your day. I am recommending to everyone I know to come and spend a week (or more) at Villa Ventanas!

This villa was great!! Beautifully decorated and in a fabulous location. Our stay was so enjoyable: the spectacular sunsets from the private patio & balcony, the sound of the waves, the luxury of the beautiful pool, and our own beach right out the front gate, made it a wonderful trip...just what we needed to truly relax! We highly recommend this home!
Owner response:So happy you enjoyed your stay at our Villa, it is truly amazing how all of the beauty nature has to offer here in Baja Mexico can lift ones spirits. This is a large part of the reason why we decided to offer our home as a retreat for the descerning vacationer who truly wants to get away from it all and enjoy the areas theraputic affect. It is our hope that when planning your next vacation destination, Villa Ventanas will be at the top of your list.

We stayed for 10 days in March and it was amazing!! We have done cruises, all inclusives and this by far is was our favorite vacation. I almost do not want to give a good review and keep this house a secret!! :) The house is very private and the the beaches are some of the nicest we have been to. Staff at the house were always very helpful and the people in both Pescadero and Todos Santos were very very friendly. There was not a time I did not feel safe. Loved it and we will be back next year!!

My first trip to Mexico and my first visit to Vill Ventanas. What a wonderful way to spend a week. First of all the Villa is fantastic. The sound of the ocean, the sunshine and the sunsets are faboulous. The Villa is extremely comfortable and welcoming. I felt at home as soon as I walked in. Totally enjoyed the pool and the BBQ area. Todos Santos was a great little town. Fun shopping and eating. I hope to come back and visit soon. A wonderful experience. And yes, we did see whales!

We were at your Hacienda for 7 days and it was the most relaxing trip that we have ever been on. Waking up and going to sleep each night to the sounds of the waves is the most wonderful experience. Watching the whales and their babies jump about in front of the home was a very nice experience as well. We could not have asked for better sunsets. We came home with 100's of seashells. Todos Santos was only about 15 minutes away and a cool town to visit. The privacy was very nice. No crowds and noise like in Cabo. We will never go there again. The only bad part of the trip was when I was pulled from the house kicking and screaming because I was forced to go back to reality and go home. We will definately be back. We highly recommend this beautiful home.

Four of us stayed at the Villa in late August / early September and it was phenomenal. The owners, agent, and house caretakers go above and beyond to deliver a perfect experience for their guests. It is rare that rental properties are actually better in person but this one truly is - the pictures don't do it justice. We spent plenty of time lounging at the pool, made tacos on the grill out of locally caught mahi, enjoyed some of the best sunsets, and surfed at nearby Cerritos and San Pedrito as much as possible. This is a great place to relax and get away from it all.

My family and I stayed at Villa Ventanas for a week in August. It was the perfect trip! We went surfing everyday at the nearby Cerritos Beach and whipped up fresh tacos each evening in the outdoor kitchen. It was so quiet and peaceful there that at one point I told my husband I needed to remind myself to breathe! In short, we highly recommend Villa Ventanas and look forward to staying there again next year.

The weather was perfect, not hot like Cabo and we didn't have to deal with the crowds. We had the chef cook for us and he set up our snorkling adventure. The Villa is located next to Cerrito's Beach so we were able to do some surfing. The sunsets from the Villa were breathtaking. The Villa far exceeded our expectations.
