Our home is the perfect playground, a beautiful state-of-the-art theater room replete with leather reclining theater seats, an 8 foot projection screen, and stage. Play volleyball on the imported white beach sand with views of the mountains of Lake Tahoe surrounding you. The house features a southern sunny exposure with a huge deck overlooking the sand volleyball court and expansive lawn. The deck also features a built-in gas barbeque with outdoor table and seating. Sit and soak in the Hot Springs Spa and enjoy the beautiful star-filled Tahoe nights.
Our house is actually 12 minutes from sitting on the Gunbarrel Chairlift at Heavenly and Sierra is only five minutes more! Kirkwood is 30-35 minutes.
Mountain Biking? Some of the world's best trails can be accessed from the house without ever touching a paved road. Mister Toad's is minutes from the house accessed by the bridle trail at the back of the property. Also immediate access to Fountain Place Road, a narrow paved road that winds 5 miles into the mountains of Lake Tahoe with access via single track to the Tahoe Rim Trail.
