We have a 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom condo which sleeps 6 - that's great for a 1 bedroom price!
In the Master Suite there is a King Bed with a 32" Flat Screen TV mounted on the wall, leaving more space for you and your belongings.
There is a Bunk bed in the hallway with 2 Twin beds, each bunk with a niche for personal things and a light, you can sleep an additional 2 in our Queen size Sleeper Sofa pullout, with a 40" Flat Screen TV in the Living Area. Our Living Area is nicely decorated, tile flooring throughout, leading you to the balcony with Fabulous views, it will catch your breath.
Soak in the Destin sunset from the balcony and enjoy a night in with your friends and family, Dining Area seats 6, so there's enough room to dine in!
Our kitchen has nice countertops with upgraded cabinets, and a beautiful painted mural backsplash, all you will need to bring are fix 'ins for the kitchen, pots, pans, and utensils are provided for your use. Both bathrooms have brand new mirrors and light fixtures and all walls have a nice textured finish. You will feel like you're having a First Class vacation in our condo with Great Discounted Prices.
*There are communal washers and dryers on each floor for Guest Use.
Sundestin is great for business, family gatherings, weddings. Centrally located in Destin, with so many recreational facilities: restaurant on site, tiki bar by the pool, game room for kids, fitness center, office center with computers for guest use. Small market with coffee shop and beach essentials,soft drink machines in every floor, coin operated washer and dryer, in room safes.
