Recently renovated, this one-bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom vacation condo features lovely porcelain tile flooring (bedroom is carpeted), a queen sleep sofa, and a comfortable reclining chair with ottoman. The professionally decorated bedroom has a king bed. Both the bedroom and the living room have High Definition flat screen televisions (46' in the living area and 26' in the bedroom) and DVD players. The kitchen has beautiful new granite counters. The kitchen is fully equipped. You'll find everything you need for a perfect vacation.
SunDestin is an 18-story condominium that is located on the Gulf side of Highway 98. The building is located directly on the beach. Just put on your bathing suit, take an elevator down to the first floor, and head outside to the magnificent, sugar-white beach.

The description of the unit was very accurate no surprises, the property was very clean and neat, owner was very easy to deal with ans was very helpful with the booking process, I recommend this property, very affordable and fantastic views of the beach, right over the water.Recommended for: Girls getaway.
