  Place was just as described on previous reviews.Wonderful location close to bakeries, supermarket,etc. Owners were friendly and helpful. Apartment was nice, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

  We actually stayed at this charming apartment April 2, 2011, but I forgot to write a review. The apartment was very nice with an updated and modern kitchen and bathroom. There were four of us and we were all comfortable. The neighborhood had everything within walking distance: Carefour, supermarkets, McDonald's, bakeries, shopping, banks, restaurants, nice parks, laundry mat and much much more. It is very close to the metro that will take you everywhere within minutes. We had an unfortunate event where my aunt either lost her wallet or was pick pocketed while on the metro, and the owner of the apartment was very helpful and consoling as we ordered new credit cards and had them sent to the apartment. This place felt like home and provided us with a Parisian experience we won't forget. Thanks so much!!!!!!

  I recently stayed there for 5 days during my honeymoon. The location is not quite in paris but is on the metro system. The neighborhood was great. When booking this apartment I was nervous about the size, but the apartment is quite large for European standards. My wife and I really enjoyed this apartment. Everything is in working order and we had no problems. We saw the landlord on check in, and check out but he was very nice during that time. I would most definitely book this apartment again. The price to value is WELL worth it. You will not regret booking here.

  We liked the apartment, it was comfortable and very conveniently located to everything. We had a great time in France and staying at your apartment location made it even better. It was a pleasure. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Paris.

  It's very difficult find appartment in Paris, and this appartment is perfect, it's not in paris but is very closed! Excelent and confortable!

  I found the place to be a great place to lodge for a vacation. It is in a quiet environment but yet close to shopping area and to the city by train in a few minutes. The owner were very accomodating and warm. I have no complain but compliments to the way we were treated. I plan to come back on my next trip to Paris. Maxime

  I stayed there for one week. Very close to the metro station, it takes only 10-15 minutes to the very center of Paris by metro. The apartment is well furnished. The owners are quite nice.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

  We stayed at this apartment for a week and were very pleased. Les Lilas is a nice, quiet neighborhood, and the Metro is just 2-3 blocks away making it VERY easy to get into Paris for sightseeing, but you get the benefit of a quieter, slower pace at night. The check-in/out was easy and quick. The view onto the neighboring community garden was sweet. The rates were very reasonable, especially as compared to Paris hotels. I would stay here again.

  We recently stayed in this apartment during our visit to Paris. The owners are very nice and they handled everthing very well. The Apartment was very nice. Everthing that we needed was available.It was located in a quiet area and close to the metro. The metro is very easy to use and you could go anywhere in Paris. The neighborhood had resturants, bakeries and food stores that were all withing walking distance.Having the internet and phone available was great. We will sty here the next time we go to Paris.
