Burnt Store is a gated community and Grande Isle is located on a separately gated island on the waterfront of the community. One of the largest deep-water marinas on Florida's gulf coast, this is truly one of the most romantic, active, secure, and beautiful settings available, all within a friendly and relaxed community. ACCOMMODATION: This turn-key condo has been professionally furnished and decorated, has several upgrades, 10' ceilings throughout, and is fully equipped for you to move in. It is located on a floor that is high enough to enjoy the Gulf and the sunsets, yet close enough to take pleasure in the marine wildlife, birds, and boat traffic. The master bedroom has a water view, access to the screened lanai, and a spacious master BA with soaking tub and separate shower (glass and tile surround). The guest room has an adjacent full bath. A private golf cart for your use is included and is stored in the G.I. golf cart garage.
ACTIVITIES in the area are almost unlimited. Within Grande Isle, for residents and guests, there is swimming (50‘ heated pool); sunbathing on the pool decks overlooking the water; a hot tub; a fully equipped fitness center; a steam room; a sauna; a fully equipped 14 seat private theater (surround sound, can be reserved); an outdoor eating area by the pool deck with 3 gas BBQ’s; a DIY project room; and a Club Room (overlooking pool deck and water) with card tables, grand piano, large TV & couches, reading chairs, pool table, and full wet bar, with an adjoining catering kitchenette.
