The Sea Haven was built in 1989 by the owner and his father. 2800 square foot home with three levels, two decks overlooking the ocean, and one deck overlooking the Coastal Mountain Range for your morning sunrise and coffee. The home features cedar, oak cabinets, antique furnishings, stained glass windows and updated furniture('06). The game room features air hockey, foosball and a piano. Great entertainment for those days when you want to enjoy the home, play games, and watch the whales.Lots of board games and puzzles at the home.
Each level has a full bathroom and bedroom with a Queen bed. The Game Room has a bunk bed set (1 single on top, 1 full size on bottom), and the upper level has a Queen size Hide-a-bed. The sleeping loft above the upper level is where sleeping bags can go.
Wonderful kelp bed in front of the house where the whales like to spout for your enjoyment!!

$285/night(May-Oct, Holidays), $265/nt (Nov-Apr) for first 8 occupants,
$15/night for each addtl person up to 12 occupants.
$95 Cleaning Fee. Two night min. unless holidays or summer, then greater.
9.5% Hotel Tax, 1% Lodging Tax on the above amounts.
$200 Security Deposit.
50% of Rent due as Deposit within one week of booking. Checks or credit cards
thru PayPal.Cancellation Policy:50% of deposit paid will be refunded if 30 days
notice given. No refund if less than 30 days notice unless rebooking.

"Once again at our favorite coastal getaway. Every year we so look forward to this & it goes by all too quickly. Wonderful moments wrapped up with laughter, friendships, sharing great meals, fun filled evenings and all of it surrounded by the ocean at our feet. "Coming from Atlanta our first visit to the Oregon Coast was a memorable experience. The Sea Haven is a very special place. Parents enjoyed reading while the kids made themselves a "Kids Clubhouse" in the loft to which "No Parents" were allowed. Most memorable were the whale and seal sightings. We look forward to coming back."

We came to see our nephew graduate from high school. During our stay we rekindled our love for one another, looking at eachother as we did when we first married. May the Lord bless the owner of this Haven and give them some insight to the joy it brings to others.

"Family Friendly Sea Haven" it is! Ten of us from 3 families enjoyed the spacious, well-appointed & extremely comfortable home. The kitchen is amazingly well-stocked, the rooms are very pretty and comfortable, the entertainment & relaxation areas are perfect for kids & adults, the view is amazing & the short walk to the beach is fun. A moment's drive to eating, shopping & more sightseeing, Sea Haven is the perfect choice for a coastal getaway. We had a great time & will book again!
