We offer a VIP on arrival at the air port per family or couple no waiting in line we collect you from the plane door and take you express through immigration & Customs then out to our driver to take you to your Villa

Each of our Villas pools are private to each villa.The bedrooms are very clean & comfortable with air conditioning. The Villa staff are excellent and so helpful and love to chat and make friends with all our customers.
The private indoor pool(6 Mtrs x 2.5 Mtrs in Villa #3 is heated by solar solar and is a warm 27 - 30 Deg Celsius

I would not recommend this to my enemies. It is squirrel infested, leaky, run down shack. The bathroom smells of sewerage, ceiling fans don't work, no tv and overpriced. Diificult to contact owner. Do not hand over any money until the property is viewed. Better to save money and go to a quality resort nearby for cheaper.
Owner response:Thanks for your comments I would like to respond by answering your grievances one by one firstly i would like to state in all the 9 years we have operated our villas this is the first time we have ever had a bad word about our business. The villas are clean and we take pride in what we do and how we operate. The infestation of two squirrels may be from treed property next door other than killing them off which i don't want to do it may be matting season. As for the villa being run down i don't agree we have had some great review for that property The TV antenna plug was to blame for it not working that was fixed but can you operate the remote? its 60 channels cable TV. The sewer smell was from the main sewer line dry drain as that was also fixed. I checked with the staff as to the ceiling fans their reply was that the client didn't know how they work or turn on ,but may i ask why the fans when the villa has air conditioning in bedrooms as well as lounge. Yes i agree there was a small leak but its Monsoon time and the wind was blowing the water under the sheets on the roof it was fixed and sealed. We did how ever refund a considerable amount of money back to you which we didn't really have to do and your choice was to move to a hotel. As for the hard to reach owners i don't think any of our past clients would agree with that statement I am always on email and contactable as you well know with our correspondence prior to booking. But I am glad that you had a great time after checking out to a Hotel and then coming along to our free Christmas Dinner for our clients we hold every year and enjoying our food and drinks I am sure you would have enjoyed the festivities Merry Christmas

My husband and I stayed at this villa in November of 2009. It was, hands-down, the best vacation we have ever had. The staff were amazing! The girls that made us breakfast were the sweetest, as was Ashor the tour guide. He also helped us order food when we didn't want to go out. The owners are great people; very nice, and we had fun chatting with them. The villa was cleaned as soon as we left every morning, and we returned to a nicely made bed every evening. There is a lot to see and do around the villa and they will gladly show you around and suggest must-sees. Thanks for an awesome vacay, guys!!
