This 3 bedroom/2.5 bath Townhouse is ONLY four (4) doors down from the Regal Palms’ 2.5 acre pool (with a Lazy River and waterslide) and Clubhouse! You can conveniently WALK to all the fun without worrying about finding a parking space! Forget the cramped hotel rooms and rent this spacious Townhome so you and your family/friends can spread out and truly relax! It sleeps eight (8) people and the base rental rate is only $70 per night. That’s only $8.75 per person per night!

This Townhome has a private driveway and is fully-furnished to include DVD players, TVs, children’s videos, washer/dryer, and 600 Thread Count sheets for the King Bed in the Master Suite and the Queen sleeper on the first floor. All pillow cases for all beds (including the twin beds in the two other rooms) are also 600 Thread Count. We have Calvin Klein pillows for every bed and all the body, hand, and face towels are Ralph Lauren. Enjoy these mini-luxuries when you rent this Townhome!

This well decorated vacation rental is only 10 minutes from Disney World. In addition to the heated 2.5 acre pool with a Lazy River and Waterslide, the Clubhouse has a heated jacuzzi/spa, waterfall, barbecue area, sun bathing terraces, and private golfing across the street at the wonderful 18 hole, par 72 Highlands Reserve Golf Course. This course was designed by Mike Dasher with a mix of pine trees and citrus trees lining the fairways. For those desiring a more famous experience, Greg Norman's Champions Gate golf course is within a 10-minute drive. There are plenty of other options for the golfer including Legends at Orange Lake Resort and Country Club and a more economical option of the Polo Park Golf Course with fees from $35. In the clubhouse there is a large sports bar, a poolside "Tiki" bar, restaurant, children's game room, internet access and wi-fi (free), fitness center, and sauna. There is also 24-hour check-in onsite. The Regal Palms Resort is a gated, private community; the facilities are for the exclusive use of Guests only and not open to the public. Also, there is shuttle service to and from airport and all major attractions.

On the corner, down the street from this Guild of Florida Owners (GFO) 4-Star Rated Resort, there is a Publix Market, Quizno’s, three banks, Applebee’s, a pizzeria, liquor store, nail salon, pub, etc. Everything is conveniently located near the Townhome!

Please note that the resort management charges a $10 per day per Townhome resort fee. This cost does not come to us! This charge is per house and not per person and is charged to every house on the Resort for temporary membership to the Clubhouse and all the facilities at the Resort!

A cleaning fee of $75 is required for stays of 6 nights or less.

We fell in love with the Townhomes and the Regal Palms Resort a couple years ago and we hope you will too! Enjoy the crowds at the theme parks during the day and then come home to peace and tranquility in the evenings! Plus, when you don’t want to go to the parks, DON’T!!! Save your money and enjoy an entire day at the 2.5 acre pool and Clubhouse that is literally four doors down from the Townhome. This Townhome is on Verona Avenue – one of the closest Townhomes to the Clubhouse and Pool in the entire development.
