Newly refurbished home in quaint Turtle Beach Village, neighborhood of classic beach houses. Home is very close to beach, about 100 yards or 90 second walk. Driveway is right across from beach access path. Walk to neighborhood pool 150 yards. Sanctuary hotel is about a quarter mile up beach and has great coffee and ice cream.
First floor has 10 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, new kitchen appliances and granite, breakfast island seating for four, and large table for eight. Open family room with new 46" HD flat screen TV is great for larger gatherings. Sunroom with couch, TV, and game table provide a separate area for kids or adults. First floor master has queen bed with new linens and attached bathroom has just been redone!
Large second floor master has king bed with new linens, armoire with TV, sitting area with desk, and newly redone master bathroom with marble countertops and separate watercloset. Other bedroom has two twin beds and is great for kids or adults. Freshly renovated bathroom is right next door.
Third floor loft is very large, with twin beds and plenty of room for air mattress. Beautiful views of golf course from loft. Kids love this area.

Our family spent two relaxing and comfortable weeks in this very well maintained home for Christmas and New year's. This home is located in an ideal location! Quiet, near the beach and we especially enjoyed the New Year's event and fireworks at Night Heron Park, golfing and the great gator and bird pictures shot at Turtle cove. I would highly recommend this home to anyone planning a trip to Kiawah!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.
