We use this home to supplement our income.
Why the Owner Chose Bellaire
We originally looked to purchase a resort on the East side of the state, but after visiting the Torch Lake area realized this was the most beautiful area to live. We found and purchased the property in 1998 and completed our home in 2000. We designed our home with the idea of always having it filled with friends and family. It is a great entertaining home.
The Unique Benefits of this Lodge
Our home is located just a few minutes drive from Bellaire & Alden. Great shopping, restaurants, golfing, snow skiing, and of course boating are all here.

Just returned from staying at this beautiful "Cedar Lodge" with two other couples - what a find! While the home is stunningly beautiful it is also very comfortable. The layout is great! In addition to the wet bar (complete with a wine fridge) there is a wonderful large table/island in the open living room area that was a great place to congregate. The bedrooms are all a decent size; the master suite is very nicely appointed with a huge bathroom and walk-in closet and a sliding glass door and skylight view of the woods. The expansive deck is another great place to congregate as is the incredible fire pit area. The pristine and massive garage was another wonderful surprise - we seriously had to pinch ourselves to believe we were staying at the Cedar Lodge on vacation! The owners are very easy to work with and very helpful with suggestions for things to do in the Bellaire area. There are several good golf courses and great restaurants near by. I cannot say enough good things about this property and highly recommend it if you're considering a Bellaire/Travese City vacation - five plus stars!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Just got back from a 3 day stay with friends and labs and we all had a great time. Owners are thoughtful and nice, we ran into them everywhere! :) Helped us when our boat rental fell apart and got us another boat. Their home is wonderful and perfect for a family or group of friends get together, fun ride to Lake Bellaire and Torch. We hope to be back! Thanks again for a great place for a mini vacation.
