The unit has just been remodeled and includes new paint throughout, all new furniture, pillow top mattresses, flat screen TV, upgraded sheets, towels and pillows. All carpeting has been replaced by either ceramic tile or laminate flooring providing a more hygienic environment.
The unit is across the street from the beautiful sugar white sand beach and can be accessed by an underground walkway so there are no busy streets to cross. There are two pools on the property and there is another pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and clubhouse for your use at Destiny East (adjacent property). There are many restaurants in the area and several can be reached by walking. Both Destin Commons and the Outlet mall are close by providing many shops, restaurants, movie theatre, etc.
