This may be the best location in Park City! The view is stunning - Park City Mountain Resort beckons from the front window. In summer enjoy the beautiful 17th hole of the Park City golf course from the same window. Across the street or within easy walking distance are the grocery store, drug store, several restaurants, sporting goods stores, and even Starbucks.
Ride the free Park City bus service from the covered bus stop beside the condominium driveway. There is no need for a car here. Ski slopes are just two blocks up the hill, or a short ride to Deer Valley and the Canyons. At the end of a great day on famous Utah powder, it is only 500 yards downhill from the Three Kings lift to home and hearth.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has an attached bath with jetted tub and shower. One large bedroom contains two queen beds with attached bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together plus a bath with shower.
Several amenities will make your stay pleasant. This condo has its own washer and dryer, plus a spacious, fully stocked kitchen. We have recently remodeled with new floors, new den furniture and new appliances. There is free underground parking with controlled access.
Share your day's adventures around the large family dining table or in the cozy den. Soak your sore muscles in the heated therapy pool near the front door.
Summertime is also a terrific time to visit. With plenty of local public courses, golfers never lack for a new challenge. With our spacious accommodations, a group of four can easily stay in this unit.
Both Park City and Deer Valley offer mountain biking, with bikes available for rent from local sports shops. Fly fishermen take in the abundant mountain streams.

Year Purchased: 1998
Jim and I treasure many happy memories in Park City. We have brought our children and their friends to ski for the last 15 years. Now we will bring a new generation, our precious grandchildren, to make new memories. While we have listed our unit through local management companies for many years, this is our first year with VRBO. We want to provide better value for our guests. Our year-round home is in Georgia.
Why the Owner Chose All Seasons
Park City is perfect for us for a ski vacation. The resort is a 35 minute ride from the airport, and all shopping amenities are nearby. We found All Seasons to be the ideal location for easy access to everything that makes the vacation enjoyable. Few other ski resorts in the USA offer this combination of quick access from the airport to the resort, along with the conveniences of town at the resort area.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
What a wonderful spot for a family vacation. The skiers have quick access to the slopes. Plus, whether shopping for everything from groceries to ski gear, the stores are close at hand. This three-bedroom unit is spacious enough for a family to enjoy without being "on top of each other." There is a great play area just outside the door for kids to build snow forts, have snowball fights and sled. For just sitting and relaxing, the view is unforgettable.

Everything listed in the description is accurate. This unit is close to the lifts and the bus. It is spacious and has many extras that make the place feel like home. I would highly recommend this property.

Our party of 10 (2 families) stayed in this unit for 6 nights. We had plenty of room and bedding for all of us. The unit was clean and extremely functional with full size kitchen, plenty of utensils and cookware, washer/dryer. A small and fun sledding hill was right outside the door, allowing our kids plenty of easy opportunities to play in the snow; 2 sleds in the unit were provided by our use. It was extremely easy to access PCMR (ski resort) via the city shuttle, which had a stop right by the complex. Jim, the owner, was extremely pleasant to work with. He provided frequent correspondence and answers to our questions. The insider info about the local area was invaluable.
