we had a great time .description accurate. right on the beach. nice pool and hot tub. condo clean and well maintained. pier area real neat. would recommend.

The condo had everything we needed...all kitchen ammenities, beach supplies (chairs and towels), washer and dryer, two bathrooms, very large walk-in shower, dishwasher, hot tub by the pool, beautiful view. The keyless entry on the door was also convenient for coming and going to the beach. There are bunk beds in the hall area for two younger children. We appreciate the cleanliness and the nice, open, airy feeling of the condo. The pictures on the website make the place look nice; however, the condo is even nicer than the pictures depict. It is modern, bright, and truly comfortable. The location is convenient...right on the beach and within 10-15 minutes of many restaurants and shops. Our stay in this condo was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely would stay here again.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

Realy enjoyed the stay. The view of the Gulf from the balcony is great, and the condo is very comfortable. I would recommend wireless internet. The cord connection limits you from sitting on the balcony, or other more comfortable places.

We reserved this condo the 1st week of May 2011 and enjoyed it so much. It was so easy to rent by phone and follow-ups by e-mail. I was pleasantly surprised that the rental looked just like the pictures. It was clean and had more than we could possible use as far as the kitchen appl. and dishes, cookware, etc. The view was fantastic and if we weren't on the beach, we were on the balcony! Although there was lots of shopping in the area and in Destin, we mostly just relaxed on the beach. There were lots of restraurants to choose from. We really liked AJ's - the seafood and fish was great! We will definitely use this rental again.

We stayed here the last week of the year, and we had a wonderful experience. Everything from arrival to departure went very smoothly. The condo was nice, comfortable, and had a wonderful view of the beach. I highly recommend staying with Pelican Isle.

We spent the entire week under the beach umbrella! The weather, gulf and beach were amazing and it was great to come "home" to a comfortable condo! Dewey Destins has been a favorite of ours for years~ the new location is also excellent. Try the fresh key lime pie from Publix ~it's better & cheaper than the "Donut Hole". We had an awesome week. Lot of Laziness, Beach Time & Golf. Golfers~Ft. Walton Beach Golf Club on Beal Parkway is a fantastic golf deal ($38 w/ cart) It is a municipal course in great shape! We really enjoyed AJ's (+ they have live music!) We fell in love w/ Okaloosa Island and would love to come back! Thanks for letting us use the condo & helping us on such short notice, God Bless You! We enjoyed Pelican Isle so much! The condo was beautiful. It was well maintained and clean. We are more interested in a relaxing vacation than an activity packed one these days, this fit the bill! We will be repeat guests for certain!
