Why the Owner Chose Ventnor City:
We purchased the house in Ventnor because of the excellent location and the lack of traffic & crowds. It is right off the Atlantic City expressway so you miss a lot of the shore traffic that you would encounter if you were to get onto the parkway. The beaches are beautiful and not as crowded as some other shore towns.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We are just a short walk to the beach. Park your car in our driveway and walk to the beach. The bike riding on the boardwalk is the best! The street is friendly with lots of great neighbors.
