Located in the private marina community of the Tahoe Keys, enjoy this waterfront comfortable 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse with wonderful views of the marina and mountains, and a boat dock right outside the back door!
The roomy upstairs master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, full bath and balcony. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen-sized bed, with the second full bath just outside the door. Downstairs is the third bedroom, with two single beds and the half-bath just outside the door. There are also three roll-away beds available. (Getting upstairs to the bedrooms and washer/dryer is easy because the steps are actually “half-step stairs”).
We offer a full service kitchen, televisions with DVD/VCRs in the master bedroom, second bedroom upstairs and family room. We have a nice video library of over 160 movies as well as a good selection of board games and puzzles.
Parking: There is one "reserved" parking spot for this unit, but several "guest" spots in the parking lot and additional street parking.
Step out the front door, turn to your right and walk about one block to the private beach and pier. Enjoy all of the other Tahoe Keys amenities including the year-round indoor Olympic sized pool, Jacuzzis, seasonal outdoor pool, tennis courts, basketball court and children’s playground (some amenities are subject to a minimal fee).

We love the Tahoe Keys area and it's close proximity to all sorts of year-round activities. During the warmer months, we enjoy watching the boats coming in and out of the marina while sitting on our porch or balcony. We also enjoy being on the water and steps away from our boat dock. Our property is part of the Tahoe Keys Property Owners Association - we appreciate regulations that keep the entire Tahoe Keys area well-maintained, clean and quiet.

The Tahoe Keys have so many amenities to enjoy year-round. The indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, private beach and pier, just to name a few. We love being close to wonderful shops, restaurants, ski resorts and hiking trails. There are so many fun things to do at any time of the year.
