The townhouse was spacious and very homey. We spent the weekend with teenagers 14-17 and they loved the location. Theres so much to do and see in this quiet and safe neighborhood. We absolutely loved it and are planning on coming back real soon. Susan was great! She is very friendly and very very helpful. To sum up: Great Home, Great Location & Great Owner! And if that's not enough Great Price!!!

We absolutely loved our stay and are already talking about our next trip. It is super awesome to have so much to do so close by like the park, pool, trails, etc. The directions and code to get it made it really convenient. Loved all the towels, blankets and games...everything was sure thought of. We have stayed in many cabins and units in the Tahoe area but have not done repeat business for one reason or another...we don't feel that way about this one at all and can't wait to come back. The space and lack of clutter makes it so easy to plop our things down. Love the hooks for coats in the hallway. The rollaway beds were also an awesome addition. Very spacious for it just being a condo. Loved the view of the lake. We stayed in the winter and can't wait to come back in the summer!

This condo was the perfect long weekend getaway. We had 5 adults and we were very comfortable. The condo has everything you can think of needing, and it is close to everything you could want to do in South Lake Tahoe any time of year. The owner is the best and very accomodating to our changing schedule. We will definitely be back.

If you want to enjoy a nice time a Lake Tahoe, away from the noise and smoke of the casinos, this is the place to stay. This townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a great view of the marina. You immediately feel at home. Plenty of room, much larger than the pictures indicate. A place you will want to revisit. Short easy trips to many historic sites.

My husband and I stayed here with my daughter and her boyfriend, and later joined by another couple. Accommodations were great for all of us. Loved the location. This was a great rental property. The size accomodated a family with children plus a guest. The view from both the living room and upstairs bedroom are very beautiful. Access to the pool, beach, and marina for boat rentals was excellent. Highly recommended!

We were four adults and 1 kid , 1 infant and stayed for 3 nights The place was quite spacious , well located in south lake tahoe . It is very close to the big attractions in the Lake Tahoe area like fallen leaf lake, Camp richardson, beaches like Pope.. You can also viist the casinos 10 minutes away.. The place itself was furnished well and clean. They also had a nice movie collection in case you want to entertain the kids while you cook (The kitchen utensils were well stocked) The whole process of renting the place starting with the query to the owner on dates to payment was effortless. Overall , i highly recommend the place.

A good Tahoe Keys property

Our stay was delightful. This property is much nicer than so many of the Keys rentals. Clean, modern and very comfortable. This unit has a good view of the harbor and the mountains. Many units are looking at other units or the back side of the Marina, not here!. The deck and lawn areas are wonderful for having that afternoon cocktail and enjoying! The boat docks are easy to access from the harbor and the Condo. Your boat is right in front of you at all times.

I did lots of research and looked at lots of rentals on Tahoe Keys and I am so glad I picked this one! The condo was just perfect- great location with beautiful views! The view and condo itself are even better than the posted pictures. Very relaxing to sit on the patio off the living room or the balcony off the master bedroom. It has a fireplace, a small but well stocked kitchen, huge bedrooms and it's only two minutes walk from the lake and beach. The owner was very accommodating and even got it ready for us to check in early. We just loved it and plan to go back again

Great Family Getaway

Our family just spent the 4th of July weekend at the condo. We had such a great time. The condo had everything you could need for a family getaway. It's a great location with great views and amenities. And the best part was we got to watch the fireworks right from the backyard without fighting the crowds. I'm sure this won't be our last trip. We just came back from Tahoe after a wonderful vacation in this lovely home! Loved the views from the master bedroom. The private beach and the boardwalk is very close, my kids loved to play in the play area and the beach. This house is very spacious for a townhome. Everything was very neat, clean and well appointed when we arrived. Susan is very accommodating and she let us have flex check-in and check-out time which was kinda nice. Overall very nice place,would come back again and its a home away from home !

Our family had a great time at this townhouse in the Tahoe Keys. The palce was just as advertised and was very comfortable. We were looking for something last minute, and was able to find this gem. Nice clean 3'br unit. It had a very nice library of DVD movies to watch. Nice view of the water looking towards town and the marina. I would stay here again.

This townhome is in a great location! It's right on the water and we had beautiful views of snow on the lake. The owners were very helpful and easy to reach. We found that the listing description and photos were very accurate. The property was clean and well maintained. We were very happy with our rental experience!

This condo was perfect for our family. Walking distance to the indoor pool, the outdoor pool and the beach. The condo had everything we needed and we loved the extensive DVD collection!! The patio was wonderful to sit out on each evening and watch the boats go by. Thank you for sharing your home, we are coming back next summer, but staying longer!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable and nicely equiped condo. The view from the back patio and upstairs balcony is fantastic, and the Tahoe Keys location is convenient to the South Tahoe attractions we visited while we were there. Susan was very responsive during the booking process, and it was obvious she wanted our group to enjoy our stay. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay and enjoyed our time at the property. Everything was exactly as described and we found the place to be clean, cute and comfortable. The extra blankets in each room were helpful at night. Had some trouble cooking at times because of the small oven size (a regular cookie sheet doesn't fit!). The beach and pool area really is just a two-minute walk away, and it's a nice spot of beach (clean and relatively quiet). I appreciated receiving the refund on the security deposit quickly. Highly recommend overall! Also loved The Divided Sky for great "hole in the wall" bar atmosphere with excellent food, as well as Burger Lounge for a fun lunch or dinner outside.

Really enjoyed time with my daughters and husband for 3 nights. Great beach, quiet and private, one block from townehouse. Easy access to wedding at Camp Richardson; easy access to Stateline. Would recommend-- totally beats cost of getting individual expensive hotel rooms for everybody!

We (6 ladies) enjoyed this condo...beautiful views, able to walk to pools, beach, restaurant, harbor.. Nice having the rollaways so main beds need not be shared. Great price for the amenities! Able to cook fine in kitchen; nice having paper towels, foil, spices, soaps, etc. there. Others in party checking into renting same unit with their families! Thanks so much!

We loved our stay in Tahoe Keys and this townhouse! It's so close to Heavenly ski resort and downtown. Of course it's right ON THE WATER! The house itself has everything you need to live and cook. It's so relaxing sitting on the couch with the fire on and watching the snow falling... And it's so reasonably priced compared to other similar townhouses/condo. We will definitely be back!

We made a quick trip to Tahoe for a wedding. I booked this condo on the internet, not being familiar with the area. We loved the Marina location. We were close enough to the casinos and shopping but were able to walk to the pier, rent bikes nearby and sit on the patio/balcony and watch the boats come and go. The condo was clean and although there were 9 of us in the condo, it never felt cramped. We hope to get back to Tahoe again and would definately stay in this condo if it is available.

My husband I stayed an entire week in the beautiful townhouse for our honeymoon. We felt like we were at home away from home. The location is Perfect! 2 minutes from the South Shore Strip and 5 minutes to Emerald Bay! It over exceeded our expectations. The townhouse is literally "ON" the water (marina). Every morning we woke up and looked out our floor to ceiling window in the master bedroom to the most beautiful back drop any one could ask for. The townhome even has a washer and dryer so I was able to wash our clothes too! If your going to Tahoe this home is a perfect place to stay! We definitly will be back. Best- The Yurchaks
