This new rental is a 3 bedroom deluxe model with 3.5 baths - it is one of a kind here at Moose Hollow as a condo with 3.5 baths and larger family room space!
This condo is upgraded with a slate floor on the entire main level, a nice family room with 42 inch TV, satellite and DVD for your entertainment along with a very cozy rocked gas fireplace. This family room features a leather sofa sleeper and two upholstered double seat recliners ~ very comfy! We also have two 6 ft. benches with boot trays, a coat rack, ample hooks, and shelving for all of your ski gear and accessories.
The kitchen table can comfortably seat 6-8 and expand for up to 12. There is also bar dining for 4. The kitchen includes a double oven, 4 burner gas stove and many other appliances, gadgets, bakeware, cookware and dinnerware. There is a large 1/2 bath/laundry room next to the kitchen - ideal for getting those wet ski clothes into the dryer quickly!
The deck just off of the family room has mountain and community views as well as a bistro table, two large teak wood rocking chairs plus additional seating. There is also an electric grill for your year round BBQing enjoyment! This condo sits adjacent to ponds, streams and waterfalls - we love the seasonal sights and sounds that accompany this location!
The lower level features all three bedrooms and the three full baths. One of these bedrooms is the King Master Suite which has a 36 inch TV with satellite and DVD as well as a beautiful and comfortable sofa at the foot of the bed - you will feel like a royalty here! This bedroom also features an en-suite full luxury bath including an extra-deep soaking tub. There is a private walk-out patio from this King suite which has a bistro table and seating for 4.
The 2nd bedroom is a multiple bed suite with a beautiful custom made, hand carved queen log bed and an extra long twin over twin bunk. This suite also has its own full ensuite luxury bath. There is also a 26 inch TV with satellite and DVD player. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds as a queen over queen bunk and the 3rd full bath is adjacent in the hallway.
There is also a storage locker in the lobby of the building for all of your recreational gear and equipment. We also have glove and boot warmers/dryers for your use during ski season! Need to borrow sleds ~ just let us know!
This is the perfect condo for a mancation or larger party and is an amazing value! If you are looking for even larger accommodations or for those extra amenities such as theatres, game rooms and private hot tubs, be sure to browse through the townhome listings we have ~ they're amazing!

About the owner: Hi! We are Joe and Gloria Kelley. We both grew up in southern California but met in Utah in our college days back in 1975. We were married in 1976 and now have 4 children, 3 of them married and 6 grandchildren. In 2003 we decided we would like to find a vacation home for our family to escape to without having to travel a long distance. We made extensive visits to Park City, Heber Valley and Ogden Valley. After rediscovering the beautiful upper Ogden Valley and spending time here, we knew this was the place for us so we purchased our first townhome in 2004 and very much enjoyed furnishing and preparing it for our use. Then in 2005 my extended family including my parents and my 7 sisters and their families all gathered together at Moose Hollow for a large family reunion. After that, Joe and I decided that other families and large groups would enjoy coming here to discover this terrific area and all it has to offer so we purchased a 2nd townhome in 2006 and a 3rd in 2008. With retirement in mind in 2009, we created 'Our Mountain Place Lodging' to showcase our 3 townhomes and this area and share with others what we so much enjoy. Then in 2010 we evolved to include full on-line reservation capabilities and more properties with additional amenities and perks for our guests! We are now NorthStar Lodgings exclusive to Eden, Utah with the vision and hope of leading you home to that perfect vacation destination!
