  Very nice place, kitchen has all the supplies you need., Had alot of problems with the toliet had to flush several times for the water to go down. Loved the view & the beautiful beach. Very quiet & peaceful except for the last night someone was having a loud party in the gazebo until 4 a.m. which is right under our bedrrom. We enjoyed our stay & would come back again.

  Absolutely loved staying here! We stayed here for our honeymoon, and we couoldn't ask for anything any better. It was quiet, and the sunsets were amazing. We stayed the last week in june 2012. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the shower was really small, and the toilet takes forever to flush. Other than that the stay was awesome. There is a pool that you can walk to, or if you want to do some fishing you can either go to the small pier in front of the condo or you can go to the Navarre Pier which is only about a mile from the condo. It cost $1 to go watch people fish or $7 for you to fish. They will provide the pole, you just have to provide the accessories. It was absolutely awesome watching those fisherman!

  The location was great and the condo was exactly as described in the listing. The property was clean, well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary items needed, but I would recommend a new toaster as the current toaster only toasts one side of the bread. The bathroom was well equipped with towels, but no toilet paper. There was only about 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom with no extra rolls. Overall, we had a very relaxing week at the pool, on the beach and touring Navarre Beach on the rental scooters. We would recommend this property.

  Photos accurately described the property. We had a wonderful stay; plenty of towels and amenities (coffee pot, filters, pots & pans, etc.). There was even soap in the bathroom, which was wonderful, because we forgot some. The property is quiet and relaxed. We used the communal bbq covered patio area and all the appropriate tools were there. For the night we wanted a little more nightlife, it was only a short drive to Pensacola through the beautiful protected seashore area. The only thing I would say is that it is very dark in the shower, because the shower curtain is really heavy and it blocks out the small bathroom light. The bed is very comfortable, as are the living room furnishings. Plenty of windows to let in lots of natural light. We would definitely stay again. We took a sea kayaking trip and were able to play a great game of golf less than 10 miles from the condo area on the mainland.

  We have been coming to Sunset Palms now for 4 years. Absolutly LOVE it. Every year we come it just gets better. The condo is very well kept and equipped for 1 week, 1 month or as in our case even 5 1/2 months. It has become our home away from home. The owner and Thane have always done their level best to be helpful with any thing we asked of them. After 4 years of coming here and visits to to the gulf side as well we prefer the sound side. Love the night time view from the sound side! On the gulf all you see is black now to mention the noise if the water is rough. The sound side is quiet and the city lights from the other side of the sound is breath taking when you see them shimmering across the water. I would recommend this as a PREMIER vacation destination to anyone who asked.

  We loved this place. Sunset Harbor has a great location on the sound that makes it feel very private. The condo is lovely, clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. We felt at home from the first minute and our 2 1/2 weeks went by in a flash. From the windows and patio we enjoyed watching the pelicans, osprey and herons, were fascinated by the fish variety and the jumping mullet. The fishermen on the pier were friendly and happy to show us their catches. We also watched some of them with their hand nets -- throwing them is really an art. We did a little kayaking on the sound side and easily walked to the ocean beaches where we watched dolphins and collected shells. While here we visited Western Florida University in Pensacola -- a beautiful campus, watched yolo boarding out on Okaloosa Island, shopped at the Santa Rosa Mall, ate at the Cactus Flower, County Line Pizza and Thai restaurants. The flowers -- especially the azaleas and wisteria -- were stunningly beautiful in full bloom. We have been coming to the area for 15 years and this condo is the nicest place we have stayed. We highly recommend it.

  Our stay in Navarre Beach was very nice and comfortable. The condo unit was neat and clean. We loved the back porch overlooking the fishing pier and the Santa Rosa sound. It was a wonderful place to eat our breakfast every morning and especially in the evening, to view the beautiful sunsets. The beach was conventially located and not crowded. It was a very quiet and relaxing place to vacation.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.
