Our newly renovated, fully equipped, air-conditioned, garden view studio is approx. 660 square feet has a full lanai and offers a full-sized kitchen. We have just upgraded with brand new kitchen and bath cabinets, granite countertops, carpeting, wallpaper, walk-in glass-bloc shower, and modernized ceiling. This non-smoking condo can comfortably sleep four guests and has a digital safe for valuables. The resort also has 2 new swimming pools with jacuzzis and waterfalls, and the new million dollar lobby renovation is complete.
This condo resort will place you at the heart of one of the most exciting vacation spots in West Maui! Maui Ka’anapali Villas (MKV), a three star condo/hotel, is set on 11 acres of exotic, tropical gardens in the Ka’anapali resort area on one of the finest stretches of Ka’anapali beach.
If you prefer to dine on the property just stop by the Castaway Café, which is a hidden treasure tucked away on the northwest shore on one of Maui’s finest beaches – Ka’anapali Beach. Fronting the shimmering Pacific, and surrounded by palms and sea grape trees, Castaway Café is filled with culinary jewels at attractive prices. The restaurant features delicious island cuisine and a comprehensive, award-winning wine list. We are also minutes away from Whaler’s Village and the historic whaling town of Lahaina where you’ll find scores of fine restaurants and shops.
While staying with us, you can:
1. Enjoy our two, new adult swimming pools or take the kids to the new on-site kiddy pool.
2. Swim, snorkel, surf, or sail at Ka’anapali Beach or just take a stroll down the beach walk at night
3. Spot humpback whales from shore between November and April
4. Golf at any of 5 nearby Championship golf courses
5. Play tennis at the adjacent Royal Lahaina Tennis Ranch

At Maui Ka’anapali Villas there is a nominal facilities fee of $13.54 per night for a comprehensive package of amenities including parking, unlimited local phone calls, high-speed in-room and on-property internet access, fitness center, cable TV, and special discounted rates at our day-spa.
Conveniences include: coin operated laundry facilities, a new sundries store, and an internet kiosk with three high-speed terminals (surcharge).
As the first stop for the complimentary Ka’anapali shuttle, the resort is minutes away from an adjacent tennis ranch and two championship golf courses.
This condo rents from $99 to $299 per night. But by dealing directly with the owner, you can rent this luxurious condo for our lowest price depending upon seasonal fluctuations and other factors. This is a full-sized studio (with a full lanai and full kitchen) on the ground floor that sleeps 4 and is in the quiet section away from the busy highway. It is not a hotel room with a Murphy bed and partial kitchen.

Everything was as described only better. This is a great location. Pool and beach short walk.. The beach is gorgeous and was not crowded. (Oct 2011). Full kitchen is handy and we made use of the new gas BBQs. The onsite resstaurant is very good. The property is well maintained and beautiful. I would recommend this property.

We absolutely loved your place and the resort! We are back home and very much miss Maui. The people are awesome - friendly and very helpful. We are already planning our next trip and hope to contact you again within the next couple of years. We really enjoyed having full kitchen facilities and thoroughly enjoyed having a place in the quieter area. We were so close to the pool and parking was very convenient. Kaanapali is absolutely beautiful!

My daughter and I recently traveled to Maui and stayed in this wonderful condo. The Kaanapali Villas have been a preferred location for our family in the past. We love the location! The Villas are an easy walk to Black Rock for amazing snorkeling, Whaler's Village for shopping, and of course one of the best beaches on Maui for a chair in the sand and hours of fun in the ocean. We were very pleased with this particular unit. The interior is very nicely done, clean, and very spacious for a studio. The full kitchen was very handy for cooking a few meals. One of the two swimming pools is practially right outside the door. We loved having the store, restaurant and laundry onsite as well. Thanks for the opportunity to rent this wonderful unit. I would highly recommend it to others and look forward to staying again in the future!

We had a wonderful time. We have stayed at 5 or 6 places on Maui and this was definitely the best place for the money. It really is the best beach, and the renovated pool areas are a great upgrade for the property. The place really has everything you need. We were very impressed with how well the grounds were kept up. Being able to take long walks on either side of black rock is very nice for AM exercise with the boardwalk. If we get back there in the near future we will definitely do it again, and would recommend that our friends that visit the island look up your unit. Thank you for the great communication and for sharing it with us.

The location of condo is close to great swimming/snorkeling and the photos reflect the pristine conditions. The recent remodeling has makes this unit even more perfect. The two pools are quiet and relaxing. The grounds are very clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a relaxing and beautiful getaway that we would recommend to all. Mahalo!!!

Maui Kaanapali Villas is a perfect spot to enjoy lovely Maui! The lush gardens and beach and well keep buildings made our time spent at the Villas more enjoyable. This unit is GREAT value and in a very quiet location near a pool that we enjoyed using. The resort staff is helpful and very pleasant.The complimentary shuttle to nearby resorts and the Whaler's Village was user friendly and scheduled often all day long until 10pm. Kitchen facilities good and we really liked the bathroom with it's tiled, walk-in shower. The double sinks and large closet a nice addition! Short walk to a larger swimming pool, restaurant (good food!), and a lovely beach. Excellent unit and resort!!!
