This is one of Moab's newest townhomes, built in 2006. Conveniently located on a quiet road just two blocks off Main Street, this beautiful, large home offers a stunning view of the Moab Rim and Portal. An easy drive to Arches National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park, and Canyonlands National Park. It is also just a short bike ride to the famous Slickrock bike trail.
It's luxuriously furnished and offers all the comforts of home. Two car garage for cars and toys, laundry room with washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, large TV/DVD, stereo system, foosball table, dining room, master bedroom with king, second bedroom with queen and third bedroom with two twins. Pets are allowed and we provide free internet.
For year round enjoyment there is an indoor heated swimming pool with his and her dressing rooms/showers.
We also offer discounts on golfing and rafting and NEVER CHARGE A CLEANING FEE!

Why the Owner Chose Moab
We chose this location because it's the only in-town condo project that can legally rent to vacationers. It's uber-convenient and we walk to everything from restaurants to shopping to the grocery store. But it's just far enough from Main Street to be quiet at night. It's really the perfect location.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
In addition to the locational benefits mentioned above (and they are HUGE), we designed the condo's features to have a clean, modern feel. We're also psyched to have what I suspect is the only bamboo floor in Moab (very green indeed). The layout encourages relaxing whether snowbound in mid-winter or after a hard day of playing in the canyons. We're particularly fond of the couches and and recliners, they encourage napping. Of course we're dog friendly (otherwise we couldn't bring Elvis). The pool is a nice amenity, but the condo's patio is great too. On our last trip (early June) we ate all of our meals al fresco. Also, because we're family friendly the unit is stocked with family activities including foosball, as well as puzzles and board games. It's not uncommon to end up around the dining room table in a killer Yatzee throw down. It's the perfect combination of location and amenities, I smile just thinking about being there.
