Peaceful, PRIVATE GUARDED GATED COMMUNITY. Right at the beach. It has two pools, one of them heated. Perfect weather more than 280 days a year. Temperature year round is 65 to 80 °F. Just bring your swimsuit, and enjoy your stay.
Seafood galore! Read a book in a ¨hamaca¨, eat a ceviche or some freshly caught oysters by the pool. Spend your vacation leisurely... Just come down, take your shoes off and Relax.
Plan for the many activities that can be done nearby... There´s a lot to do around here; whale watching, deep sea fishing, scuba diving and surfing tours can be arranged upon request.... ...Or just lounge by the patio, have a cocktail, and watch the sunset right in front of our infinity edge pool.
There´s a service staff and maids available for your aide. And we can arrange for a cooking staff, chauffeur, and a fully stocked fridge if you wish.

Why the Owner Chose Ballenita
It's close, yet not that close to the night life of the bigger beach town of Salinas. It's a guarded community, with friendly neighbors, with a nice quiet beach right in front. I've been to the beach since I was little, my family loves the beach also. I mean... Who doesn't?

It's got a beach right in front of the house where I surf and bathe. It's close to the other beaches. It's quiet, friendly, great weather. And close to other beach activities nearby.
