Perla Boneriano is a brand new real estate development on Kaya Gob. N. Debrot, on Bonaire, across the street from the well-known Sand Dollar Resort. Perla consists of seven luxurious villas which have been built in the Caribbean style.
All the villas of Perla Boneriano have several ecological features: solar hot water panels, LED-lights for the pool, solar-powered evening lights, septic tanks to store re-usable water for the garden. We encourage our guests to be very responsible with water and electricity. That way, we can preserve our island's beauty for future generations!
Our villa, the Villa Makoshi, upper level, has everything we believe you will need during your stay in Bonaire. Imagine spending time on Bonaire; no traffic lights and being able to drink water from the tap! Don't forget, it is our home when we are there for extended periods as well, so it is very comfortable.

- Air Conditioning: Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit, as well ceiling fans in the bedrooms, living room and balcony.

- Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: Propane barbeque available on the south balcony.
- Deck/Patio: Stone covered patio surrounding the pool in the centre of the villas complete with lounge chairs.
- Balcony: There is a large balcony facing the west (ocean side) and a smaller balcony facing south. Both are covered.

Our first visit to Bonaire was truly a memorable experience of Caribbean style living without the hustle and bustle of traffic, peddlers and commercialization. We immediately fell in love with the island and went house hunting. The Perla Boneriano Project was dedicated to Caribbean culture, so before the ground work had started, we spoke for the Villa Makoshi. Our friends from Canada also bought the ground level, so we know our neighbors, therefore its easy to accommodate larger groups as well. Upon leaving Bonaire, we now say we have left home and arrived back in Canada. We hope to live in Bonaire 6 months and Canada the other 6 months. Both Dianne and I hope you enjoy your stay in our home in Bonaire.
Why the Owner Chose Hato
Our villa is off the main road towards the north end of Hato, so we are away from the cruise ships who make oceanside a busy place upon their arrival, yet we're close enough if you had to walk downtown or back home again. Dive shops are minutes away, the ocean is across the street, along with several ocean side restaurants. The airport is south of us about 10 minutes by car.

The Perla Boneriano Project is also home to Bonaire East Coast Diving; book your boat dives to the exciting east coast right on site. We have our own rinse station and shower outside of the villa, with drying rods in both of our balconies. No dive gear is allowed inside the villa.
