Sun drenched two bedrooms apartment in the heart of Montreal. This apartment is located in the most eventful neighborhoods of the city. Yet, it still offers tranquility and peace of mind since it is situated on a 4th floor of a 10 storey high building.

Our apartment is very centrally located. Only 400 meters from the Montreal Jazz and the Francofolie festival, 500 meters from downtown and the world biggest underground shopping mall, 600 meters from the hottest restaurants, bars and night life of the colorful boulevard St-Laurent, in between the Mont-Royal mountain/park and the old port of Montreal.

missing objects in the apartment the money will be refund to lessees within 10

This 2 bedroom apartment was absolutely perfect! It was exactly as described, and the location was fabulous - in the heart of downtown Montreal, close to St. Laurent, Old Montreal, and McGill. We were seven friends from graduate school getting together for a reunion, and this place was just perfect for us. It was very spacious, clean, and well kept. The owner even had a guest book with information about the apartment, restaurants, and nearby attractions. I would highly recommend Fruit Folie on St. Denis (about a 20 min walk) for brunch - we went there the first day, loved it so much that we went back!! I
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Location, Location, Location was superb. Conveniently located to everything. There was a "deb" (grocery store) right downstairs. From check-in to check-out, everything was self-explanatory. The apartment was clean and spacey. I hadn't realized how much space there was in the living room. We were a party of 5, first time in Montreal and it was a great place to come back to after a long nights. For the price, you really can't beat the location of this place. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating if we needed them, but we didn't. Would definitely come back again!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children.

We just spent a week in this apartment with our two kids and enjoyed it very much. The first thing we love is its location. Being in downtown makes it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. It is close to metro station and also has an indoor parking lot. No matter which way we decided to get around in the city, it was so convenient. The apartment itself is comfortably furnished and nicely decorated. It is surprisingly spacious. Our toddler son had a lot of space to play around in the living room, while the master bedroom has plenty of room for our infant daughter's play pen. We also love the apartment's cleanliness. We prefer its wood/tile flooring much more than the typical hotel carpet. It made us feel clean enough to let our infant daughter to play on it. The kitchen is very well equipped. All you need to prepare simple meals is there. Most of the appliances (microwave, toaster, fridge, toaster oven) are even new! Being able to have some meals in the apartment saved us a lot of time and money. We highly recommend it. We will definitely stay there again during our next Montreal trip!
