We rented this beautiful home for 3 nights in October and loved every moment. We celebrated my Mom's 60th Birthday with a family of 8 people. We had plenty of room and the living space and the kitchen were perfect for relaxing all together. The house is perfect for a family event. Clean, plenty of room and great ocean views. The owner was easy to deal with and added many special touches to make the weekend complete. Would recommed this home and hope to utilize it again in the future.

Our entire family has vacationed together on LBI for many years. This year we decided to stay at this property in Love Ladies instead of the other end of the island. We were so thrilled with everything about this fantastic home that we have already reserved it for next year. The owners have taken great pride in making this home absolutely special down to every detail. The balconies and views, access to beach, decor, layout are all just perfect. Can't say enough about what a special property it truly is. We can't wait for next year!

Beautiful Home in Loveladies perfect for Family Gatherings and Business Meetings

This was an amazing home - it was perfect for a business meeting where we had six of our most senior executives overnighting each with their own private accommodations and then we had a larger group of 16 other executives from different parts of the business meet during the day - there was ample room for breakouts and the views of the ocean was the perfect backdrop. The owner is fantastic to deal with. He met every request we had promptly and went above and beyond what I would have expected! s home is decorated perfectly - beautiful and comfortable - the pics don't begin to do it justice as the views all the rooms was fantastic. We had a bbq one evening on premises which was fabulous and we had dinner at a local restaurant "Black Eyed Susan's which was superb as well. There are many, many great local restaurants all around the area.. Our CEO actually stayed in the home with his family on the front end of the meeting and was extremely pleased as was his family. Owner response:We do think our home is the perfect setting for a small business meeting for senior executives. With six private bedrooms, a very large dining room table which can be used as a conference table, two living rooms for breakouts and plenty of decks for additional breakouts or to just enjoy the views; it can be the perfect spot to both discuss business issues and strategies while getting in some rest and relaxation at the same time. For somewhat larger groups, consideration can be given to renting two or three homes as this group did.

Great location; plenty of room...never left during the week (except to get the newspapers in the morning). One in from the beach, but still great views. Quiet area. Great for families with room for friends.

Owner response:Yes, even though we are one back from the Ocean, our views are fanastic. This is due to the design of the house and the fact that the home in front of ours is on a very narrow lot. We are, in fact, actually closer to the Ocean than many Ocean Fronts!

We had my Father's 85th birthday party at this house last year. Since we enjoyed the house so much, we decided to have my Mom's 80th birthday party there this year. The house is wonderful. I would definitely recommend it. I have rented many times from VRBO over the years and this place is one of the best.

We work hard to maintain our home in tip-top condition and try to add new touches each year to make them want to return. It is also gratifying that many of our guests want to celebrate special occasions in our home.

We had a great time. The house was just a few steps from the beach and provided a great place to relax. Working with the owner was a pleasure. We would return in the future & recommend the house as a rental to our friends.

Owner response:Thanks for your kind words. The fact that the house is just a few steps from the beach is a big plus and one of the reasons we have "great views from every room". In addition, it provides a real convenience particularly for families with young children. As former renters ourselves, we go out of our way to be responsive to our guests so they will want to return year after year.

Ocean Views Views and More Views

We loved the ocean views. The positionn of the house enabled us to enjoy two separate views of the ocean which was only a few short steps from the house. Our family enjoyed the spacious rooms, the decor and configuration of the rooms/floors. The dumbwaiter was also convenient for packing and unpacking. The property was well cared for and clean. The owner was acomodating when we needed to make a last minute change. He was also promptly efficient at getting our security deposit back without asking. We are trying to arrange our summer plans to go back again to see the Ocean Views, Views and more Views. You should do the same.

This is an excellent house. The location is great. It is one house from the beach. By the design of the house, you feel like you are directly on the beach. Many of the rooms have ocean views. They are the real thing. You do not have to lean out the window and crane your neck to see what some may call an ocean view. The decks are great for relaxing. The home is also very large and well maintained. We had a family reunion there and we never felt cramped.??Everyone was impressed with the home. I would definitely recommend this place.

What a wonderful home. I just came back from a winter weekend staying at this lovely home with my boyfriend and 12 friends. There was plenty of room for all! The two dishwashers was a huge plus when dealing with so many people. The decorations were beautiful, sofas comfortable and the location the best. I would recommend to anyone as well as rent again

My family and I spend a wonderful week at the end of September in this most gracious home. In reality the home is even better than the photographs show on the website. It was spotlessly clean, and it was fully stocked with everything you might need to cook a great meal. I definitely would anticipate spending another vacation in this home.
