This condo was very cute and in good condition! The view is wonderful! We like the 3rd floor because you don't hear anyone above you, so it's quiet. Owner was very helpful with any questions or needs.

Spring Break 2011

Single mom with three boys (7, 12, 14) ventured out for spring break 2011 from St. Louis. Boys slept most of the way down. Once we arrived there was a discussion of beach or pool...beach won. 2 minutes later, we were on the beach, lovin the sand beneath our feet, the water, and the possibilities of tomorrow. The pics posted are exact, coffee maker and washer dryer were saviors! Wal Mart just around the corner for t-shirts cant be beat. Fudpuckers, three wheeled motor cars, Just Chute Me ($40 per person), AJ's, and Harbor walk are a must. Tried the Crabtrap...we are still waiting to be seated. The kids reported a great time. They numbered an "8" out of "0-10" scale, kinda think the fresh sunburns, and that we couldn't stay forever might have had something to do with that. Dont forget to apply and REAPPLY the sunscreen! Coffee on the balcony in the morning and wine in the evening were superb. Pool and hot-tub were very clean and well maintained. Parking was easy. In case of rain...several dvd's available. Boogie board, shovels, and buckets were there waiting for the kids to take to the beach. Everyone is super friendly. Only minus was the internet cost of $4 per hour. I was only seeking a larger screen than my phone provided for directions to attractions. The owners answered all of my trivial questions, were super friendly, and made right anything that wasn't, nearly immediately!! I have already recommended this property to my friends and co-workers. We had a great stay here. Very clean and well-equipped. Only thing I needed and couldn't find was an iron - but who cares about wrinkles at the beach? The location is perfect - everything you need is very close by, but the immediate area is quiet and not commercial-feeling. The beach access was close and simple, and this unit directly overlooks the pool/hot tub, which was nice. Owners are great to work with. I'd go back next week, if I could! :-)

Our stay here was delightful. Thank you so much for all the ammenities. We were close to everything and could see the water from the balcony. The girls loved the things you left for them. We had a great time. Hope to visit again next year.

Excellant Location. I Used to Visit The Local KOA which is no longer at the "Old Pier". This Family Reunion brought back many memories of our visiting the encredible white sands of Destin. I have been told by many world travelers that the Destin white sands is the best in the WORLD! I have been here about 15 times and the Family traditions will continue!

Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. We are having a great time! We also plan on coming back! Everything we need is right here or close by. The ocean and beach is beautiful. The mall was awesome. Dinner at the Crab Trap was good and nice walk there and back. Its been a great week and we'll all be leaving with a tan and smile! The condo has been just perfect for us. We met a lot of nice people here. Very quiet considering Spring Break week, which was good!

We really loved our stay here! The condo is very nice and clean. Its close to everything. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm. It has a great view of the ocean as well. This was one of the best condos here and the price was also very nice, making our trip more affordable. I will definitely tell people to come to this condo for vacation and will book it again when we come back!

We had a lovely month in the condo- thanks so much. It was lovely and clean and we felt at home as soon as we walked in- even smelled good! We loved walking the beach- with the exception of Tofino on the west coast of Vancouver Island, its probably the best we've ever encountered. Walking east seems to be the easiest- Crab Trap is about 30 minutes walk, Pompano Joe's about an hour, and the Whale's Tail about 1:20. Captain Dave's never seemed to be open when we walked by. Going west its definitely worth taking the walkway into Henderson State Park- great dunes. And about an hour's walk west, the Back Porch is a great place to eat. We did most of our grocery shopping at Wal Mart, although Publix is closer. Outlet shopping at Silver Sands is awesome! And you can't beat the snow white sand and green water!

We had a great visit! Everything was so clean, and you were thoughtful making the book letting us know about the ammenities of "Paradise." This was our first time as snow birds. We were happy walking on the beach. At 3 pm the temperature on the beach was in the 60's- gorgeous. We found a great Italian restaurant named "La Famiglia"- best Italian I've had in 10 years. Camille's is great for breakfast and lunch. Thank you.

The Richardson family had a great time. The place was very nice and [the kids] were excited to get the gifts. Thank you for all the goodies. Loved walking to everything, would highly recommend the "Crab Trap" for dinner. Just a few blocks east well within walking distance. The small cafe to the west is good as well, although a little pricey. Appreciated sand toys, chairs and mats on deck, as well as all the appliances and magazines. Place was better than we could imagine and had a great time. Thanks.

We were so pleased with this condo and hope to stay there again. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you could ask for in a beach rental. Even a washer and dryer right in the unit! The owner thought of every detail down to a spare toothbrush. It have views of the Gulf from the balcony and beach access right across the street. The building is nestled along a stretch of the beach with low-rise hotels and houses (rather than the high rise hotels) making it a much quieter stretch of beach than some the other areas we drove by. The 3rd floor location makes for great views and a quiet unit, but may not be ideal for those who have trouble climbing stairs.
