The pictures do not do this house justice! We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in and realized how much bigger it really is, and even with 7 people staying there, we still had plenty of room for more! All necessities were provided (toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products). And they also provided beach and bath towels. The internet wasn't working one day, but we immediately called the local representative and it was fixed within the hour. Unfortunately the Nintendo wasn't working either (although knowing me, I most likely hooked it up wrong). But all in all, this place is PARADISE! We are even seriously considering moving to the Gilbert area after our wonderful stay in this house. Highly recommend this house, and definitely booking again next year!

This property served our needs perfectly with 6 adults and four children. We felt right at home. The location was proximate to all our plans. The patio with fireplace and fire pit allowed us to enjoy the out of doors, we had a nice barbeque and the kids enjoyed the fire and roasting marshmallows. The owner was easy to work with and immediately upon our arrival we were contacted by his local representative to assure everything was in order. This was our first time using VRBO and based on our experience we would recommend this property and VRBO.

Our family had a wonderful time at this house. The owner was easy to work with and the house is in execellent condition. We enjoyed the pool, grill and the fully equipped kitchen. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in the Chandler/Gilbert area. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed being able to walk in the mornings. There is a great deal of shopping, movie theaters, a play ground close by and golfing in the back yard! We will use this home again on our next visit!

My family stayed in this home while we had our daughter's destination wedding up the road at Val Vista Lakes. It was the perfect base! Fairly easy to get to for various bridal party members, the open floor plan and multiple living areas gave us several areas to have a lot going on, the large kitchen and counter space was nice for putting together all the flower arrangements, and the basketball hoop was well used by all the boys (oops men). We actually had ten people sleeping there and never felt crowded. I am looking for another excuse to use this home again.

Our family had a wonderful time in Gilbert, in part due to our stay at this rental home. There was plenty of room and all the comforts of home, including some comforts we don't get to enjoy at home-like a swimming pool in the backyard and a gorgeous golf course view. The location was convenient to shopping and other amenities and the neighborhood was quiet and clean.

Our stay at the Gilbert house was fantastic. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for us. The backyard was great for lounging around and the pool was a hit with everyone. The large kitchen allowed us to bring in our own food, but was stocked with dishes and appliances so we were able to prepare and enjoy our meals together at the house. It was a great experience because we were able to enjoy our vacation without the hassle of living out of a suitcase and a motel room. We had the comforts of home on our vacation!

Place was perfect - we had family & friends in town for an 80th birhday & did not want to put them up in hotel roos & our house was not large enough. We had 7 guests stay at the house & we visited often during their 3 night stay. Our guests ages were between 18 and 79-all felt comfortable in the house. There was enough space that you never felt like you were on top of each other. It was a perfect gathering place for family & friends. As our guests were from the East Coast & Midwest you know they lived in the pool!! The cover helped keep the warmth in. Check in was a breeze as was working with the owners. If we have this need again we'll certaily be looking at this VRBO listing

Spent a glorious week at this property. Enjoyed the backyard for sitting in the sunshine and dipping in the pool. The pool was a bit cool in March..but went in anyway. Picked fresh lemons from right from the tree and chatted with the folks passing by on the golf course. The house had everything we needed for two families. Great kitchen, laundry and outside barbeque. Very close to shopping and restaurants. We would recommend!!!

Third times a charm? Actually, our third time was the most charming. We've stayed in three VRBO rentals in the last fourteen months. All of the rentals were acceptable. However, this home exceeded our expectations. Our party consisted of three adults and four children. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms easily accommodated all of us and the home never felt crowded. We entertained friends and family local to the area with no problems. The pool is clean, clear, and frequently shaded. The grill is easy to use with outdoor counter space and a great outdoor dining set. The backyard is shaded in the evenings and makes time spent out of the pool enjoyable ... even during the Phoenix summer. The beds and furniture are comfortable and make visiting easy. The Gilbert location is convenient to Phoenix activities. We highly recommend the flashlight tour at the Desert Botanical Gardens. Chandler restaurants and shops are within a fifteen minute drive on the Loop 202. The home's location within Gilbert is exceptional with major department stores, Target & Kohl's, less than a mile away. On the days cooking is too much work, Einstein's bagels and Barro's Pizza are just around the corner. And, since it was August in Phoenix, don't miss the Water and Ice Store on the southeast corner of Val Vista and Ray. It's really a COOL, no pun intended, store. All that said, the best thing about this VRBO was the attentiveness of the owners and some local friends, who help with the rental. Jim, a friend, stopped by the day after check-in to ensure that everything was acceptable. He offered his cell phone number should anything require immediate attention. Dan, the owner, left several phone messages to ensure our vacation was going well. The phone can't be heard from the pool ... but that's a good thing. Both Jim and Dan are extremely personable. We hope this home stays a VRBO, and in good condition, for years to come. We will be back.

I spent 10 days there in December-January with my extended family, and everything was absolutely delightful. We had 8 in our group (5 adults and 3 children) and the house was more than adequate to accommodate us all comfortably. The house is tucked away in a very quiet and safe residential community in Gilbert, just off a nice golf course. There was a ton of natural light downstairs in the open kitchen/living room/family room area. We also really enjoyed grilling and using the fire pit outside in the evenings. The owner, Dan, was very gracious and friendly throughout the process, and had an on-site contact available in case we needed anything. The house also has lovely orange and lemon trees in the yard, which we enjoyed during our stay. All in all, we had a fabulous time there and plan to return again this upcoming holiday season.
