This unit is one of a kind!
2 story newly renovated townhouse with 1863 square feet so you will have plenty of space to relax.
It is larger than most 3 bedroom condos on the beach. There is an oversized balcony off of the first floor living room and dining room that is 18 x 24 foot as well as 2 other covered balconies upstairs off of each of the bedrooms.
Enjoy a great view of the 8th green on the Executive par 3 golf course on site.
A covered ped-way that leads you across Front Beach Rd to the HUGE Lagoon Pool, restaurants, hot tubs, and of course the beach is steps away. There is also a Tram shuttle that has a stop just outside of our pool and parking lot right outside of the door!
Our Master bedroom has a queen size bed, brand new flat screen LCD TV, DVD, and a huge walk in closet. The second bedroom is HUGE! It has 2 queen size beds, a jetted garden tub, double vanity, huge walk in closet, brand new flat screen LCD TV, oversized balcony, the list can go on and on!
There is also a sleeper sofa on the first floor that can sleep 2 comfortably. All updates and upgrades were completed May 2009.
The townhouse is NON Smoking and NO pets are allowed. All registering guests must be at least 25 years of age and MUST stay for the period of the rental.

What a great place ... and what a great time we all had being there. The unit is very spacious and the renovations are wonderful. This was the first trip that my sister, our families and our mom, took together, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The downstairs patio was a wonderful place to hang out. We definitely want to come back again!
