This was our second trip to Grand Cayman. On our first trip we stayed in a resort hotel on Seven Mile Beach. We much preferred staying in this condo. We hope to make this an annual trip and if available we will always choose to stay in one of Marc's properties at Cayamn Reef Resort. The location on SMB is ideal. The property is well maintained and the condo itself was exactly as advertised. The condo was spacious, well stocked and had everything we needed. Booking and communication was great. Highly recommend this option to others.

Our stay at this property was fantastic. The beach was incredible. Our two grandsons loved having the pool so close and spent as much time there as in the Sea. The keyless entry was great since even our grandsons could come back to the condo without our concern that they would lose the key. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. WE took a half day sail to Stringray City as the owner had suggested and gave us a name to call (and told us to ask for the 15% discount). It was even greater than I had imagined. I would definitely recommend it. We will definitely be back again...!!!!!!!!

Outstanding condo on most outstanding beach. Whether you need the extra bedroom or not, you will definitely enjoy your stay here. Reservation took all of 10 minutes. Condo is exactly as advertised, with the exception that pool is larger than the photos lead you to believe. Perfect location with white sandy beaches. Beware of rocky beaches at many locations on Seven Mile Beach. All comforts of home with no worries. Fosters IGA nearby for all food needs. Kids loved the XBox and computer/internet was helpful for me. Bought tickets for Turtle Farm online morning of and saved 20%, hey, why not. Won't be unhappy with a stay on Seven Mile Beach.

it was our best Carribean vacation ever. Yes, it's expensive, but it's worth every penny spent on it - you pay for your own highest quality vacation time. No "all inclusive" resort, anywhere in the region, can even compare with this "do it yourself" here, on Cayman... I can't add more...

This complex is well located right on 7 mile beach - a short walk or cab ride to just about anything you need or want to do. The condo is well stocked with essentials making it easy to just arrive and settle in. Definitely great for families. My wife and I travelled with a 9 month old and my mother and we were all very comfortable with enough space to enjoy time together, and apart. Would definitely recommend it based on the condo alone, but Marc the owner is also great to work with and very helpful. He really goes out of his way to make the visit to GC a good one.

Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the condo. We didn't need the 3 bedroom, but it was what was available, and the extra room turned out to be nice. Phone, wireless internet and keyless entry were a BIG plus. Pool worked great for the kids and us, and having a wide open beach and ocean just foot steps away was really nice. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utinsels, which made it very easy to feel at home. The owner was readily available for us and was checking in to see how things were going. Information provided prior to arrival was very helpful and detailed. We had plenty of linens, towels, and beach towels (although we did bring some of our own beach towels too, which I recommend). Having a washer and dryer was great. Hot water and AC worked nice too. We did not rent a car this time around, and found this location to be very convienent. Across the street were serveral small restaurants and stores, a coffe shop, gas station, and ATM, all of which we used. We used the public transportation to get to places like the Turtle Farm and George Town. It worked well. The best thing was that the beach was clean and not crowded like at some of the other hotel and condo locations on 7 mile beach. It also felt very safe on the grounds, and the grounds were very well maintained. Overall you can't go wrong, especially if you have younger kids that want to play in the pool and the beach and be close to things.

The pictures and description were all precise. The condo had all the amenities you would have at your own home. Marc actually happened to be on the island on vacation at the same time of our stay and greeted us upon arrival. He even called a couple times to offer any further assistance. He was very helpful with giving suggestions on places to eat and dive. Marc and his wife hospitality was beyond expected. The condo itself was perfect. He had everything. The place was stocked with coffee, washing detergent, and anything you might need. He had two phone lines so that you can make free local calls and free calls back to the USA and Canada. All and all, the condo was exactly what was expected and more.

10/11/10 The condo is as advertised. What you see in the photos on the website is exactly what the condo looks like - no surprises. It is a very clean condo right on the beach with a nice pool. It is walking distance to many restaurants/shops and the Marriott. Marc takes pride in his rental - even called while we were there to see if everything was ok and inquire if we had any questions. I recommend staying here.

This is the second time that we have stayed in unit 12. It is GREAT. You have the view of the pool and the ocean. It is in the BEST spot on 7 mile beach. You are also close to everything. We Loved it. Plan to go back next year. Thank You SOOOO MUCH MARC!!!!!
