  • My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon and had a wonderful trip. We had originally planned on staying at a hotel but came across the condo and found it to be very well priced; Not to mention right on a beautiful beach. Also, Marc is a great guy to rent from. All of our questions were promptly answered, including some great ideas for dinner. The condo itself was clean, well furnished and secure. It was very nice having the extra room and I would stress staying here over a hotel anyday. All in all, I would highly recommend this as your Cayman Accomodations.

  • We just finished a 2 week stay in # 12 at Cayman Reef Resort. From the very first contact with Mark, I knew the whole stay would go smoothly. Mark is the perfect host, and he made everything very easy for us. The complex itself, which we have stayed at before, is kept immaculately and is a very quiet and relaxing experience. The condo is neat and well refurbished, we had everything we could possibly need. The home is very well laid out, and we especially like the bedrooms being upstairs. This made it possible for the night owls to continue watching T.V. without disturbing anyone who was sleeping. We spent many hours on the porch enjoying the magnificent views and sunsets. We come to Cayman at least 2 weeks a year, and this is our favorite complex, and now #12 is our favorite condo. We would not consider staying with anyone else. Thanks Mark for making our holiday amazing!

  • We have spent a wonderful vacation between Apr.10-19,'09 in condo#12 with two kids. Marc updated the place before our arrival, everything was clean, neat and working properly. We felt like home, just as comfortable, with a pool and sea-view from our balcony.We had plenty of accomodation to have the kids in a separate room.The place is quiet and friendly and within walking distance to other fun places.Highly recommend to anybody, couples or families.One of the best choice we have ever made. Marc is easy to communicate with, and has done everything he promised.We enjoyed renting his place and we will definitely visit again! A++ rating

  • This was our 3rd trip to Grand Cayman and the BEST one ever! The accomodations are perfect and the location couldn't be more ideal! Views are of the ocean and the grounds are pristine! We have stayed in homes and hotels here and will always return to this condo! :) You can't ask for anything better! No need to rent a car as it is easy walking distance and/or only a $2 bus ride anywhere. The condo is beautiful and was in a quiet and safe area directly on the beach. Our whole family had the most memorable vacation here!

  • We have just returned from a week long stay at Cayman Reef Resort where we stayed in #12. The accommodations could not have been more perfect for our family. This was our 3rd visit to Grand Cayman and I have to admit that the Cayman Reef Resort is a little hidden treasure. We had previously stayed in a hotel (not family friendly) and in a house on the other side of the island (too much hassle with driving) so we stumbled upon Cayman Reef Resort and found it to exceed our expectations! The location is perfect - on seven mile beach, close to family friendly restaurants, and grocery stores. We did not rent a car but utilized the bus system, which is the way to go! $2.00 per person and there is a "bus stop" about 20 steps to the right of the Cayman Reef Resort. One of the most beneficial things about staying in #12 was the access to a full kitchen and washer and dryer. We loved that we were able to save money on food by feeding our kids breakfast and lunch in the condo. The owner of the condo (Marc Hubert) checked in with us via phone calls and there are staff members at the front office in case you need assistance. The grounds at the Cayman Reef Resort are very well maintained and there are many "perfect photo spots" where you can catch 7 mile beach in the background. We went on many "day trips" such as trips out to Sting Ray City and Rum Point. We even took a trip out to Dolphin Discovery which I would like to caution readers about a bit. The kids thought this was pretty neat but is was very pricey and although we booked it together as one large group, when it was our water time, they split up our families. This was a total disappointment because they video tape and then we were pressured to buy many videos. Also, it was advertised as if you pay for the Dolphin Discovery than you have free admission into the Turtle Farm also. However, the admission into the Turtle Farm is the most basic admission where you can basically look at the turtles and that is it. You are not allowed to swim, snorkel, view the birds, sharks, etc…. On a personal note, we all felt a little sad for the dolphins and the turtles being so confined (but my kids did love being able to swim with them). So, to wrap it up, if you are looking for a nice place to stay with your family and want the comforts of home, #12 is just perfect :-).
