This warm and welcoming home is perfect for family gatherings and year round fun activities! Step into the comfortable open kitchen with upgraded counters and bar seating. Opening into the living room with a lovely vaulted ceiling, beautiful stone fireplace and large flat screen HD TV with Satellite TV. The warm wood interior gives this cozy Tahoe Cabin a great family feel. The dining room features a large table with seating for 6 people. The downstairs bedroom is located off the dining room as well as the downstairs bath and laundry area. Upstairs, find and open loft Master Bed room with full bathroom. Just to the left of the master bed room, Not pictured, is a small children's room with two twin beds. Just to the right of the Master Bedroom/Loft is a smaller loft sleeping area with futon. Wrap around deck allows for great outdoor seating and BBQ.

In the winter, enjoy the convenient location nearby Homewood ski area. Just a bit further is Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley. In the opposite direction find Sugar Pine Point State park with miles of X.C. groomed trails and plenty of snowshoeing. In the summer, enjoy the private HOA tennis courts and pool. Only a 10 minute walk (half mile) to Chamber’s Landing Beach. You’ll find this home a relaxing quiet get away located just a walk to Lake Tahoe and minutes to the Ski slopes.

This home is NOT truly a 3 bedroom and is not appointed (particularly the kitchen) in the manner that higher end West Shore rentals at this price are. Effectively, there is one tiny bedroom on the main level and an open sleeping loft with multiple beds. If you are 4-6 people who all enjoy very close quarters and the need to awake and go to sleep at the same time each day, this home will work for you. The internet access did not function until we spent many hours on the phone with the ISP. On the positive side, the location is good and, if you want Chambers access, that is a plus. There is ample deck space, which calls out for a hot tub.
