Our Condo is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Princeville on the North shore of Kauai. Princeville is a quiet, perfectly located bluff community surrounded by golf courses, walking paths, and views. Only a 5 minute drive to Hanalei Bay.
It is located at Plantation at Princeville. It is fully equipped for adults and children. The unit has an Eastern King in the master bedroom. There are two full size beds in the 2nd bedroom. There is also a pullout couch and pack-n-play (crib). The 2 bathrooms are full size.
All furnishings are brand new and exquisitely furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. The condo has a very open floor plan consisting of one big great room and the two bedrooms on opposite sides of the living/kitchen area. There is a private lanai off of the Master and living room. Aside from our garage, there is also a parking in the driveway and plenty of off street parking.
There is a pool, Jacuzzi, gym, and office on the complex and golf, tennis and some wonderful ocean hikes all in walking distance. There is also a wonderful park and library 1/2 mile away, 15 minute stroll or 2 minute car ride. In addition a grocery store, restaurants and shopping complex across from library.
There is a pack n play with sheets, kids books and some toys. We have lots of beach and pool toys as well. There are a gazillion wonderful beaches close by for kids. Great surfing, snorkeling, amazing hiking and so much more.
And the wonderful, magical town of Hanalei is a 5 minute car ride away. There are also the most amazing farmers markets every other day.

Why the Owner Chose Plantation at Princeville
My husband and I purchased this condo in Princeville because we fell in love with the North Shore of Kauai. It is literally heaven on earth for us and our family. We chose Plantation at Princeville after looking at every available Condo in Princeville. We chose it because it was not only brand new, but has a wonderful layout, pool, Jacuzzi, gym and beautiful grounds. It is centrally located and only five minutes to the magical town of Hanalei.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our favorite things about the North Shore of Kauai: the endless amount of beautiful beaches and hikes, farmer's markets (fresh produce/fruit), shave ice, the town of Hanalei, surfing/boogie boarding and walking barefoot in paradise!

This was our fourth vacation to Kauai. We always stay in Princeville but this was our first time staying at the Plantations at Princeville. I highly recommend this condo. It was very clean, well maintained, has wonderful furnishings, and a great location on the North Shore. We had a great time this year on vacation staying here and will be back next year! Thanks!!

My family and I stayed here from June 17 - June 27, 2010. We LOVED it. It had everything we needed and more. We loved the location in Princeville. We were close to North shore activites and beaches - which we loved. We thought it was a very good deal for such a beautiful condo. It was decorated like a model home. It was nice having access to a pool, hot tub, and workout room as well as a washer/dryer in the condo. They had tons of beach towels, boogie boards and toys for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Thanks Marc for the use of the Kauai condo in Princeville! The condo worked out great and was really more than I expected in regards to layout, quality and space. The worst thing about the whole experience was leaving. We hope to visit Kauai again, if we do and the condo is available we'd love to stay there again.

We had the pleasure of staying in this condo for 10 nights in July 2009 - what a fantastic stay! Jennifer and Marc have created a cozy welcoming home that doesn't at all feel like a hotel, it felt just like home, everything and more we could have needed was supplied for us, nothing was left out. We would highly recommend this condo and will definitely be back!

We have rented this amazing condo in Kauai a couple of times and love it! We are a family of four and there is plenty of room for everyone. Condo is in new and very clean condition. Walking distance to a great pool and minute from beautiful beaches. We highly recommend it!

My fiancée and I stayed with our friends and their new son in the condo in October 2009. The condo was updated in fact looked like a model home inside and had all the necessities found at home. Our friends were very pleased as the condo contained quite a few items for there son which they would have had to lug on the plane if the condo wasn’t well stocked. We picked an extra hot week when the trade winds died so having air conditioning was a blessing. Within a few minutes from the front door you can be playing golf or having a view of the ocean. We are big fans of Princeville and it was nice to have a short drive down to Hanalei to enjoy the beach and some great food. The owners were extremely pleasant and made the process very easy. I would definitely stay in this unit again.
